My wife and I came in at 8:30 right before close with some fast food and the staff was super nice and gave us a place to put down our food while we looked around. I ended up getting a new automatic movement dive watch with a blue dial that looks great, I was really impressed with the quality, I am a big fan and owner of several Swiss options (rolex, tudor, omega), and was very impressed. My wife got a fanny pack that looks and functions great. We were helped by Jacqueline (Jackie) who was very informative and extremely nice.

Had a wonderful experience shopping here. I had just come from a day excursion around the Island (hair wind swept and sandy feet) and hadn’t planned to buy a bag that day. I was welcomed and treated so well in the store and shown lots of options. I purchased the last black Diana in stock. X

Beautiful store with exceptional service. Junko was my salesperson and she was very accommodating. She helped me get both items I was looking for, 3 stories of Gucci what could be better? No complaints from me. Everything I was looking for was there and in stock. Win win.

I walked in to buy Gucci sport shoes as I was disabled they didn't want to serve me they told me the shoes were expensive I told them I wanted size 8 and I wanted to buy them when I took out my debit card and ID they changed there attitude and treated me differently they offered me champagne and cake funny how money talks

Fantastic customer service from all staff members. The store was very organized, cleaned, and smelled good.We were asked multiple times if we would like a beverage. The main staff member that helped us was Conny. She was very professional, kind, and thorough. She did not get annoyed with us having to try multiple shoe styles and sizes. Unfortunately, the style my husband wanted was not in stock but she offered to look at other locations to have it shipped to our home. Conny also provided her contact information and informed us to contact her before we come next time to check product stock.She also let me look at a ton of handbags. I ended up just getting a card holder and she was not annoyed that I did not purchase a handbag this visit.When leaving, all of the staff members said goodbye.

Yumiko was absolutely amazing at assisting us! She was super friendly and helpful. She made our experience so great. I bought a purse and a matching wallet and they are absolutely beautiful. This location is one of the biggest in the US and they have soooo many options. I would highly recommend getting your Gucci fix next time you come to Hawaii!

We didn’t purchase anything here but shoutout to Jerel/Jay who helped us during our visit. Visiting luxury store can be very frustrating especially if you didn’t cover yourself with all set luxury products. Some other reviews mentioned “pretty woman” and that happened countless time in our life since we mostly wear Uniqlo and Target clothes. Dior is the worst among everyone, but that’s not the point today. Thanks to Jerel, he’ll be our first “go to” person if we’d like to buy any Gucci in Honolulu in the future.

I bought sunglasses from the Gucci at the ala Moana mall. I thought about it and went to this location to make an exchange with another glasses I was debating about. Service was super friendly and made the exchange easy. She also gave me a choice of selecting my case as well. I am so glad I came to this location! Thank you.
