I have contacted this agent before. I had a similar bad experience as other customers. They did not answer my calls and emails. I wonder why State Farm didn't let them go. They destroy and damage State Farm reputation.

Poor customer service. "Like a good neighbor State Farm is...where?" I loved State Farm in the past, but my experience here was completely unsatisfactory.
