Impeccable service. shanon is an amazing SA. Got my wife a sunflower necklace and she was also looking for something else that wasnt in stock. we went back home after our annual vacation in hawaii only for him to follow up few weeks later that he put aside the piece my wife was looking for. thats how you earn business. we ended up purchasing that piece as well instead of our local HW. mind you I walked in the location in shorts and flip flops. no judging at all.

There is one name you need to know about this jeweler at Ala Moana mall, and it's not Harry. It's Tina Lu. On a bit of a whim, we walked in to Harry Winston's while window shopping a few months ago. We met Tina and she was very patient and professional, showing my wife many different products and really making an effort to understand what she was looking for. She educated us on the design and the process as we narrowed down our selection. When my wife decided on what she wanted, Tina placed a custom order, was in constant communication, and delivered the product a few days early. When we picked up the ring, Tina arranged a bottle of champagne and some beautifully packaged teas. A great product to be sure, but service made the purchase special. Go now, and ask for Tina!

Very fancy good place.In this location, you have more privacy than New York location I felt.A woman who took care of me was very kind, so nice.
