Harry's liquor store is a wonderful little shop! This business is owned by a small family, who are always so kind every time I stop by. They sell musubi, snacks, and of course many types of alcohol. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

What is wrong with the previous reviewers?? One guy wanted to use their microwave without buying anything and called them rude? Seriously, the entitlement is mind boggling. Anyway, the owners are very nice people with a cute family. I work downtown and stop at Phuket on the way home, and get extras here. It's convenient and the prices are good, and it's really time to support local and support small. If you are not so entitled you think you can lurk around a small business just cuz you're you, no matter if you look sketchy, then you might appreciate this neighborhood bix.

Came in to buy something today and the owner Harry, butt in my conversation with my friend. And thinks he was funny. When I did not respond, he told my friend, "ohh she still does not get it"(While looking at me). I looked at him and I said, "ohh I get it, I just don't think it's funny". And this owner still does not want to stop talking and being mean to us and kept talking while we walked away. Do not ever do business with this guy ever again. Very rude to his customers and very unprofessional. We never ever asked him and we never even talked to him.

First time getting food from this place. Had the roast pork plate. At first glance the plate looked loaded with pork. Under the pork was a lot of rice. Thirteen dollarsfor the this plate. Also the roast pork was shredded like kalua pig.The pork itself was tasty, but for me the gravy wasn't to my liking.Stay safe and support local.

Pass by this place many times when were in the Kakaako area going to our favorite Lins snacks or just driving by. So finally I told my husband lets stop by and try um. Well we ordered the roast pork plate. Its a lot of $13.00 and naturally social distance of course and mask has to be worn. They have there daily specials in front of the entrance but so much I couldn't make up my mind and sorry forgot to take the picture of the board. I think its run by Korean the server was the one that went in the back made my plate. Inside had 2 bench tables and the counter sat maybe 8 at the most. The plate was overly overflowing with the brown gravy had rice under all of the pork and scoop of corn. The gravy was good but and the end it was kinda sweet tasting. The pork was tender but like my husband said it was like pulled pork texture. I think they are noted for there breakfast even though the menu for lunch was a lot. Next time well try the breakfast

Always our favorite place for breakfast. They have maybe a table or two right now for dine in. Food and drinks are mostly served on paper utensils which is fine , that hasn't changed the tastiness of the food. We had our usual but I forgot to take pictures but trust me the food is still the same!!

I can't believe the rude service I got here. Would be 0 or even negative stars but I can't do that apparently. I was set on buying some fuel for a lighter when I decided to look around the store to see what else I could buy. Then this rude lady just storms out of the back demanding I get out if I'm not gonna buy anything. I tried to explain that I was looking to see what else I could buy but she kept insisting I get out. I still had to buy my butane so I just quickly got it and left. Unbelievable. F*** that if I'm ever coming back to this establishment save yourself the trouble guys and don't come here because obviously they don't want you to be here anyway

Adorable table cloths. She servesBreakfast and lunch at The same time. She owns it and she does all her cooking. I asked her for a tuna fish grilled cheese sandwich light on the tuna and she did exactly that! I would come down here anytime to have lunch or breakfast with her.

As I was going over my reviews, I noticed I hadn't written one for Harry's Cafe and felt I needed to correct it, to make sure folks know how good this place is. It may not look like much from the outside, but the ono grinds being served inside is worth your time. Parking is limited, but I found a spot nearby with no problem. The food is delish and they don't skimp on their portions. Service is friendly and quick. If you have any questions, the staff will be more than happy to help. On our visit, my wife ordered the BLT, which she enjoyed. It came with a nice amount of fries too. My son had the eggs, spam, bacon and white rice. He liked it a lot and had no problem finishing it. I enjoyed the blueberry pancakes with a side of bacon and eggs. The blueberry pancakes were fluffy and light. I also liked that they put blueberries inside the pancakes and not just as a garnish.

Decided to give this place a try because the yelp ratings were pretty high. While it doesn't look like much from outside, it is definitely worth the stars it's earned. My local family gave it five stars for an excellent local breakfast and triple that for the great service! Every thing we ordered was delicious and, they even brought extra gravy without us having to ask!
