The pharmacy manager Dave is a nice guy and has always been helpful. Nice little neighborhood pharmacy. One of the techs is not the friendliest person I've met, but overall it's a nice place. The only negative thing was when I tried to fill a script there that my usual pharmacy didn't have the guy said he would fill it, and if I moved all my scripts there, they would "take care of me" with regards to this particular hard to fill script. Ok..no problem. Told him the date of my next refill, but when I went there the following month, they didn't have it and the tech/ cashier lady was straight up rude to me about it..That wasn't too cool, but hopefully future interaction will be better.

Unlike the Kaimuki Times with its perpetual incorrectly isted prices, this branch has never had that issue. I guess it depends on management? People are always friendly and quite often sales prices are much lower than the national chains. Fresh kale is great btw!

Kinda liking this Times location. It's parking lot is big and there are numerous handicap stalls. They've got tons of ready made food in the front right after you get into the door after the baskets. The veggies are fresh and smart stacked. They gave half portions of lettuce and cabbage and such. Why buy more than you need. It seems like every aisle has a wider demographic selection. I've found so many noodle choices and the packaged ready to take and make ramen, amazing. If you want variety, lots of free parking and easy quick checkout this store is for you.

The bento and poke are really bad. I bought some spicy poke scallops yesterday and I ate a couple of them and end up trashing the rest. I love to shoo there but probably won't buy any of those poke and bentos there anymore.

I've became a customer because I used to live close by. Over the years their service has been great. I would recommend this Pharmacy, due to the extent that they have gone to help me with my needs. This will be the only place that I will ever want to go to get my prescriptions filled. Aloha

I finally got my Covid vaccination shot, and wanted to write an appreciation to the wonderfully kind & Nice nurse that administered it. I HATE needles which is why it took so long for me to finally get vaccinated. Times made the entire ordeal so wonderfully easy: it's within walking distance of my house; it's a walk-in w/ no line & no fuss; a super sweet person to take you through it---and you can grab lunch & dessert afterwards! Thank You again to the blonde woman who shot me on Wednesday morning 08/18---the only time to give thanks to being shot!

Generally, I don't post reviews or ratings; however, I felt this one is well deserved. Tuesday afternoon on May 11, I did my usual grocery run to my favorite supermarket, Times-McCully. While leaving the store, my wallet must have fallen or dropped out of my bag and I did not realize that it was gone until the next morning, on Wednesday. Since I knew I last used my wallet at Times-McCully, I called to inquire if my wallet was submitted for Lost & Found. The clerk who answered replied that there was nothing turned in. I began calling my financial institutions & businesses to put a stop to my credit cards, re-ordered new credit cards, and also ordered a duplicate driver's license and insurance card. Later that afternoon, somehow something (call it intuition) prompted me to call Times-McCully again; but this time, I asked for Store Manager Charley Nakama to check if my wallet was turned in. He gladly stopped what he was doing, went to check, and was happy to inform me that it was turned in yesterday! It was found outside at the parking lot by an unknown individual. Hallelujah! After going to Times-McCully to retrieve it from Mr. Nakama, I got home and found that everything was still in my wallet, cash, credit cards, health insurance cards, everything! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Store Manager Charley Nakama for his diligence and care for Times-McCully's customers-- Mahalo!. I should also thank the unknown person who found and turned in my wallet to Times' Lost & Found-- This person is an Angel and is probably a regular Times-McCully shopper. TIMES-MCCULLY WILL ALWAYS BE MY GO-TO MARKET!

I've been a long time fan of Times - it just has that local feel, and this particular location has been my go-to recently because it's conveniently located close to my office. Not only are prices competitive, but they have a great selection of single serving desserts in the refrigerated display cases near the cashiers. They also sell Kansai Yamato mochi, Lanakila Pacific scones, and a host of other locally made products.

Best Times! High quality control on items so things aren't dusty or have any compromised packaging. Easy to navigate as I know everything is stocked, labeled, quality controlled etc. I truly appreciate how well they run this Times as it takes a lot of working together, good management etc to keep a grocery store that enjoyable. Thanks for being an awesome grocery store!

I like this location because it is just the right size. I can see the changes since Don Quijote Group purchased the stores and I think they are good. I don't eat poke but I do look and see what they have and it always looks pretty fresh. My mother always bought bentos in the front and especially liked the osekihan. I have been unable to find that here or anywhere else. Sigh. But, the produce is fresh, the surprise sale items throughout the store always make me walk through the aisles. I am not a big shopper and the anxiety I feel shopping is heightened with COVID so I do not venture out much. However, if I have to pick up one or two items, this is where I go.

ordered prime rib holiday dinner for xmas & it's the worst pre-made dinner we've ever had. prime rib was dry & tough, sweet potato casserole pucker sweet & green bean casserole were made from frozen green beans which have a horrible texture & taste. thank goodness we added other dishes & didn't depend on prime rib to be the star. what a disappointment, will never recommend to anyone.

Great place to do grocery shopping. Friendly service/staff. Good specials. Sign up for weekly emails, also seafood specials, and also weekend specials. Note: ads are available in store. Now, scan once for all coupon items. Great prices. Shiggys sushi bar now located in Mccully Times. Grab and go sushi, bento, etc. There are also other vendors that deliver grab and go sushi, bentos, and also fresh mochi. Poke bar offers poke bowls or by pound, lots of variety. Daily plate lunch specials. Plates include a drink. Or order a side order. Like roast beef, roast pork, guava ribs, steak, garlic shrimp, Hawaiian plate. Shopping carts and baskets are sanitized, and wiped down for you by staff. I like the produce and fresh fish. Very convenient location. Free parking. No expiration date for rain checks. Retuns with receipt, within 14 days. Also, managers are always helpful.

I noticed another review with a similar problem. Mine is worse. The pharmacy wanted me to sign a "contract" bringing all my wife's prescriptions there. This is the only pharmacy that carries the proper dosage for her medication. Can't move. I pointed this out to a younger pharmacist who was pushing the contract. More importantly, its a safety issue. My wife needs to take 1 tab rather than 2 in order to keep count, she might actually die if she gets it wrong. The pharmacist "investigated," told me Long;'s carried it. Just called, they don't. There is something seriously wrong with this pharmacy, morally. The doctor prescribes a med. they question it, and insist we buy everything there. Then there is the question of deceit. I'm sure there are regulations being broken, yet my wife needs her meds now.
