Popped in the day before and asked their recommendations for what appointments to book and who to book with (Alicia ❤️ )
Also checked the day before about my current mobility limitations of my right arm and no hesitation was accommodated.
I wanted to have fun and everyone there 100% made it fun! Thank you guys!

I get massages all the time and this was by far prob the worst one I have received. I felt like the front desk asked the valet driver to call his grandmother and ask if she wants to make some extra scratch doing an 80 min massage in the utility closet at the gym bc they overbooked. I was expecting to be brought in to one of the rooms at the spa but was whisked away to literally a utility closet next to the sauna and gym. The bright fluorescent light was left on. I do not think the ind giving me the massage has a real license to massage. Si asked for relaxation and said my back was tight. She literally jumped in the massage chair straddled me and began pushing on my back for 5 mins. Got off then used her forearms to massage for another 5. Proceeded to do my back of legs and arm lasting maybe a total of 25 mins. She asked me to flip where she grabbed her rolling chair, sat in it the entire time and rolled around my body as she massaged. She spent most of the time on my feet and my hands bc she didn't want to stand while massaging me. Still in shock

I was at the Hale Koa Heaven on Earth spa a couple of weeks ago. I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences!
Alealani did a fabulous job on my eyebrows! They have never looked more beautiful! I'm glad I took a picture right away so hopefully someone in Kansas can duplicate!
I think Jill did my cabana massage (can't for sure read the name written on the card), best massage ever! Erika did my gel nails and also did a fabulous job, I got multiple compliments on how beautiful they were! Maila was the wonderful front desk clerk who welcomed me and made me feel welcome! Wish I could come every 2 weeks but Kansas is a long way away! Mahalo to all!

My neck was all locked up and hindering the movement of my head. From all the swimming and snorkeling I had been doing while on vacation. Went to the spa and talked to the ladies at the desk to see if their deep tissue massage would help resolve the issue. They told me that they could help out and scheduled me an appointment me with Sun. She did an absolutely amazing job and was very professional. Managed to work out the knots in my neck and 6 it so I could once again move my head and neck without being in pain!! They did an amazing job, and I would definitely recommend going there!

I was very disappointed with this spa. I went in for a Pedicure and the massage chair was broken. I told the nail tech it wasn't working and she just told me that it was ok. However the massage knobs were poking into my back and made it incredibly painful to sit in the chair. After I mentioned it to the receptionist she said oh I'm sorry, I'll tell my manager. I was really hoping for a good experience but left with a terrible back ache and head ache. The Pedicure was not the best either. 😕 would not recommend.

Best place on the island to get a pedi/mani and massages!!! The staff are so kind and gentle Will always book here! I got the Fusion massage. I got my first massage after delivering a baby (6 months later) & it felt like I had a brand new back after I got off the table!! My Husband gets his pedi's here with the Silk and Smooth package (due to his hard calluses from his work boots) his feet always come out unbelievably smooth and beautiful!

Got my haircut here at a good price, about $25 w tip. It's at Hale Koa hotel so right in Waikiki. I'm very happy with my haircut

Had a pedi done with the wife, the girls were fantastic. One of the few places I found that actually do pedicures. Great conversation too!!

Had booked for dip gel mani with removal. And the day I arrived. The lady who will do my nails, by the name Kim, had an attitude to say I have to make another appointment as she doesn't do fake nails. I told her first I only have 1 nails with acrylic as to even out the length of my other nails. I said no worries and she can leave it like that. But she walked away. The front desk lady came to me and explained Kim doesn't do acrylic. I said I am not going to as she don't know it but she walked away while I am still talking. After 15 mins she came back and I asked her if she still wanna do my nails. And she said No, I'm sorry. With that kind of customer service in the nail salon, KIM is the worst person I've ever encountered. She is not friendly, not accommodating, and definitely rude to the customer!!! I suggest the owner of this salon not to hire her as they will be loosing business!

Service Review:
I was pleased with the haircut and overall experience at the spa. The service was pleasant, and I particularly liked the result of my haircut. However, I would recommend using a barber neck duster to remove loose hairs, especially for clients with shorter hair.
Reason for 2 Stars:
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor communication. When trying to reach Heaven on Earth, I was consistently directed to voicemail. I also attempted to contact the hotel for assistance in reaching the spa, but again, I was met with voicemail. This lack of responsiveness has been a recurring issue, particularly when trying to clarify upcoming appointments.
Moreover, I was dismayed to find an additional charge of over $90 on my credit card statement days after my visit. I had not requested or received any additional services, and no receipt was provided to explain this extra charge. This lack of transparency and communication significantly impacted my overall satisfaction.

First off we called three times in the weeks leading up to our stay to book services. Not only did they never answer the phone they failed to call us back at any point in response to any of the messages we left. We finally get to the hotel and visit the spa in person to book and surprise surprise every single slot is taken. We manage to squeeze a massage in at the very last hour of the very last day we are at the hotel. My only request was a female masseuse. They said that would be doable but failed to note it. So not only do we end up without the treatments we wanted on the wrong day I’m also stuck with a massage that makes me uncomfortable. I put zero blame on the masseuses, they were good and this wasn’t their fault. The front desk both during my initial booking and when we checked in screwed up (by not writing down requests or checking preferences on check in). It is what it is/you get what you paid for I guess. In the future I’ll find a different spa.

The best pedicure (beautiful results and friendly) and the worst hair cut (frustrated stylist taking it out on my hair). I left with my hair dry, boxy, and uneven. Standard questions weren't even asked and to say he was irritable at my original request and later one correction, is putting it mildly. So I just let him butcher it. Then went straight home to wash it out. I still tipped of course.
I'm giving 4 stars because everyone else was great.
