Everyone working here is very nice, food came out fast and was delicious considering how low the prices are. Would defiantly go back.

I loved it. This was no fancy NY deli but they do make a proper, if basic, sandwich. The aunties were super nice to my daughter and me. The decorations were reminiscent of an older mediterranean restaurant. The food was good and not expensive. Pricier than Subway, cheaper than a serious deli. Everything about it was enjoyable for us and we'll be happy to go back.

Edit: apparently this place doesn’t use gloves at all according to reviews on yelp. Don’t eat here!I literally I could have paid less for a subway sandwich that would have at least provided gloves and a choice of vegetables. I don’t see how anyone would make a second trip? I’m sure they could at the very least try to sanity about making their disgusting sandwiches! The old lady was not wearing gloves when she prepared my food. I should have refused to eat it. I paid for it anyways. I was already sketchy about eating here viewing elderly staff who typically has bad food preparation but so do young folks so that’s a lose, lose situation.

The Lox on Everything is pure perfection. A generous amount of cream cheese; capers smashed in. Fresh, thick slices of tomato, smoked salmon, white onion. Slapped on a freshly toasted everything bagel--then cut in half with the halves wrapped separately!!! Such thoughtful composition and yet with the tinge of improvisation. $9.65. Cheaper than Morning Brew, Sure Shot, and other places that don't do it as well. Always a morning delight when I'm in this part of town. They do breakfast 7-10 am, Monday to Friday.

This was the daily special, Tuna Melt & Clam Chowder. Tuna melt was just ok, nothing spectacular at all. Clam Chowder was a let down, I think Progresso clam chowder has more taste and clams. Would not get this again.

Everything is so good here. Excellent customer service. I especially like their veggie sandwich on 7-grain and brownies. They accept credit card. They also do catering at very reasonable prices.

If you ever want to find the best salad wraps in downtown, I feel like you should make your way to the Pioneer Plaza where Heidi's Delis and Bistro is located. Its right next to the entrance of the building on Merchant Street. Heidi's offer a variety of fresh salads, soups, sandwiches and wraps. They also offer breakfast omelette and a variety of special that are displayed right in front of their shop. My go to is always their chicken Caesar salad wrap. Their Caesar wrap is so good that I could practically eat it every day. What makes it really good is their Caesar dressing. It so creamy and just had the right flavor that makes a Caesar salad great. And because it's in a wrap form, I can basically eat it in a wrap... get it? I don't have to hassle with finding a place to sit and eat my salad. I've also tried their pastrami sandwich. They give a nice amount of pastrami and it's tied perfectly with a nice amount of sauerkraut and cheese. The sauerkraut gives it a nice amount of acidity to the pastrami. Pre COVID, you were allowed to sit in the seats fronting the shop, but it does get busy during lunch hours as the seating are are shared with the surrounding eateries in the lobby of the Pioneer Plaza. The staff are quick when making your order so you're not really waiting for a while waiting for your meal. Definitely a great place to get a quick bite.

I passed by this place many, many times and it seemed like 10 years ago or more passed during that time. But, I never really stopped and to really look on their menu as to what they have to offer. They have some delicious sandwiches that is made fresh as you watch and wait for them to complete your masterpiece in a very short while. I paid for it and I decided to try it right away as it was hot and juicy! I tried it and it was good. It would be better if it came with a dill pickle as that would make it great! When I am in the area again during work time. I will try another one of their delicious sandwiches that they have to offer and I will see if they sell a dill pickle separately. Some places it comes with it automatically and some you have to purchase it separately. There is a lot of food places on the ground floor in the Pioneer Plaza building of 900 Fort Street Mall and there is a 7-11 added recently to here on the outside corner of Merchant Street side of the building. If you haven't been here already you are definitely missing out on a lot of good food places to eat at.

Always passed by this place when walking Pioneer Food Court but on Monday I decided to try this place out. I only tried the Heidis Benedict because Ive been on a benedict vibe lately. The sauce is different... it isnt the regular hollandaise sauce and its a little lumpy looking even if it doesnt have any texture. It caught my eye on the menu because basic benedict only has 1 type of meat: canadian bacon. There benedict comes with bacon, ham AND turkey. Pretty large size english muffin too.

If you're old enough and work in downtown Honolulu, you remember when there was a Heidi's in what was then called Grosvenor Center facing Queen Street and one in Bishop Square. The one in Pioneer Plaza is the last one standing. They offer sandwiches, salads and some baked goods like scones and brownies. I come here occasionally for a pastrami sandwich with sauerkraut and cheese. it's a savory, salty, sour mess and oh, so good! You can get a pastrami sandwich elsewhere downtown (like Aloha Subs and This is It Too) but this may be the only place to get it with sauerkraut. Enjoy!

The food and the service at Heidi's are both consistent and reliable. I use them for group lunches often and love that I can email them my order a day or so ahead of time and count on it being ready for pick up with the names printed on the items. They offer a wide variety of fresh made sandwiches and salads and everyone is always happy with their selection. I also appreciate that when they are going to be closed they make it clear on their website so I don't get stuck scrambling for a lunch meeting. Mahalo nui!

It was my first time here. I got the L.A. Express. Nothing breathtaking. Very average food. The one thing I'm concerned about is that they don't use gloves when they make the food.

I'm always there for a salad combo. It's pasta salad with either cobb or seafood. All heaven with little guilt! Can't beat the price at just over 8 bucks, not more. How is it that the veggies are at the perfect texture?? Too distracted to figure out why. I'm so engrossed at every bite right now.

They have the best Cobb salad!! The portions are solo big it last me lunch and dinner for only 7 bucks. Ok, so the reason I'm only giving 3 stars is the service and attitude of the 2 ladies that work there. They always act as if there are 50 people in line and they are stressed beyond belief. Even if no ones around.. They are short and snappy with you. The man who works there however is very nice.
