I had a disappointing experience at Ala Moana Center, but I was able to meet a wonderful person here. I am very satisfied that I was able to purchase several items that I requested during my stay. I will order here again when I come to Hawaii!

Extremely un-Hermes store in the heart of Waikiki.Like many others, there were no welcomes from ANY staff member. You had to go up to them to get any assistance. I bought two pairs of shoes yesterday and decided to return one tonight as I rarely wear flat slippers.I was treated with utter disrespect and extremely cold shoulders. I was accused of wearing the sandals, when the sandals only stayed in the original box this whole time. I asked the Store Manager to check the CCTV himself… because I was not offered to check the status of the sandals… yet, I was being accused of something I didn’t do.As a tourist from overseas, I was not offered a refund but a store credit to be used only in the US boutiques. As far as I know, online stores world wide as well as stores overseas DO offer straight refunds, especially to tourists!I accepted the store credit but decided I will not return to the Waikiki store again during my trip. I hope Ala Moana provides a better and authentic Hermes experience.

Michael is tremendously helpful and sincere. Yes, this location can get busy as it being right on Waikiki strip but make an appointment and enjoy the experience

My only negative experience in Oahu was at Herms. Unlike other establishments, there was a lack of welcoming assistance. Additionally, the staff consistently responded with a firm 'no' regarding bag-related requests.

Such a bad experience here with one of the male staff members. Acted annoyed the entire time, he should not work in a customer service job. There were other customers there openly complaining about not being helped and the staff claimed they are “short staffed”. I recommend the Ala Moana store over this location.

Best Hermes store so far for us. Me and the better half walked in to checkout some belts. We had a very pleasant experience. Our sales person was ( likely) a Japanese guy wearing frameless glasses. 3rd floor. Sorry don’t remember his name. He made the Hermes store experience the MOST incredible for us. BIGshout out to him. He helped us select the belt. He was kind, polite and calm demeanor. Best Heremes store exp so far. This gentlemen can certainly be an example for excellent customer service.

The SA keeps typing her phone from beginning to end. I first came in, a man called her to assist me, she was typing happily from that time, when I ask her some advice and some questions, she said it’s up to you! She is long hair with Asian looking. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Just happened five minutes ago, you can check your video and you’ll see who I’m talking about. Can’t imagine Hermes treat customers like that.

We had a happy shopping experience in Hermes today. Rachel kindly helped me and my husband find the merchandise we wanted. We will be happy to back for more.
