It gives a good wash, and the line isn't that long. I barely saw the staff there, but the ones that are there are really nice and helpful. My only disappointment was the price. It cost $19 for the best wash. There's a place in kapolei that does a similar job for $20 and includes the use of vacuums free of charge. They also give you a shop wipe to help dry if your car and remove small amounts of dirt in random areas or the option for a microfiber cloth for $5 more. If the shop in kapolei was closer, I'd choose them over the one on base.
I just like to think of things that require base access to have a better value, but I guess I was wrong

Rude lady. I was on the self care wash
Sprayed some degreaser on a wheel for better cleaning and a lady started to scream at me that I wasn’t allowed to use personal cleaners. Told me I had to wipe it off if not I wasn’t gonna be able to clean the car. I ended up leaving. No need to tell me what I can or can’t used on my own car to be washed by me on a “self” car wash.

Hand washed a motorcycle, so the wait was longer than the cleaning. But overall, it's one that's fine, of not that many on the island. Most are automotive automatic car wash facilities.

Personally i dint feel that the auto wash gets the vehicle clean especially at the back and lowere sides of the vehicle. I like using the self service wash. But some of the equipment like the blow dryer doesn't work properly.
There should be a time limit for the self service. The attendant should periodically check the equipment. Not just sit in the booth. Otherwise the facility is just passible

Cost about 6 dollars for self wash, only waited about 5 mins in line, also have auto wash for around 15 dollars.

This place is total trash. Expect to wait 45 minutes to get your car washed with only 2-3 people in front of you in the line. Why would anyone wait that long? Because they have barrels filled with sand that block you into your lane once you pull up to the car wash. So you’re stuck as soon as someone comes behind you in line. The reason the wait is so long is that the payment machine doesn’t work. You have to wait for the car in front to vacate the wash area before you can use your card to buy a wash, so that ends up building in a significant delay. Then when you finally go to pay, the machine is consistently broken and needs to be reset by the attendant. The attendant today insisted on grabbing my credit card to insert it into the machine himself. When I asked him why he needed to hold my card instead of just having me insert it, he got angry and stormed off. Never go here unless you have time to burn or want an exercise in frustration.

Came in on Saturday June 15. I’m a regular who came in 2 minutes before they closed but everything was coned off. I asked if I could use self serve or auto wash but was rudely turned away. I get employees wanna go home early but being rude to a customer who is 30+ minutes before closing is not the answer. Looking for new car wash place never again here.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the woman who is usually here is incredibly rude. It's not rocket science to wash a car. Not sure why all bridges have a troll but this is definitely proof that you have to pay the troll toll to pass.

One star due to the poor and ignorant customer service on 12 May 2024 o/a 1000L. This gentleman has no business in customer service. I tried to de-escalate the situation by walking away and he wanted to escalate things by continuing to run his mouth. Fortunately I didn't take the bait. Phone call coming Monday.
