I can't think of a better place to collectively gather Honolulu's finest homeless population and place them at one laundromat. This place is unsafe. The scene is filed with people you would meet in a dark alley in some red light district in a foreign land. The homeless guy without shoes cursing (while my kids are next to me) put me on the defensive. The drug dealers behind the green garbage can doing their thing remind me of SF while the "transient " living in his car out front fail to give me the warm and fuzzy like a well used dryer sheet. The worst part is poor house keeping. The lettering on the dryers are faded - good luck asking the attendant what is considered 'high heat.' All the cook dispensaries have signs that read "out of service." A good portion of the commercial dryers are unserviceable. God forbid you close the washer door without getting yelled at to be 'more "gentle.' Here's a tip: use that unfriendly customer service tone towards making this place safer with updated signage (not written on cardboard) that you can read. Then I might consider visiting this place again but probably not.

Drop off service a third of what I paid before here, clothes batched and bagged. At less than 1.50 a pound it's well worth it!

Great local spot. Prices are fair. Quarters only and they have a cash machine to dispense change. It cost us $10.00 total for a big load of laundry wash& dry. As we were there the worker was cleaning and it was clean prior to our arrival. Friendly staff and customers.

Used this place while on vacation because the twin fin hotel sucks and won't let it's customers do laundry. Walked 20 min to get here, and all washers were used except the ones for the workers to use. Four was sitting unused but the workers wouldn't let me use it in case they wanted to, but they never did I had to wait for one of the others to finish to do my second load.

Really close to Waikiki and nice machines. Only a few down but they are open to 9pm! Plus a few close food places nearby to occupy your time.

Used them to clean clothes on vacation and they were super efficient and friendly. They followed all my instructions and folded everything very nice.

We're staying at a local hotel in Waikiki and we decided to find a local drop off laundry service, since the hotel laundry service prices weren't acceptable to us. It's a Sunday and, this morning, the kind laundry attendant here let us know that it might be 24 to 48 hours until our clothes were ready, although she hinted that she might be able to get it to us sooner, due to the volume. Sure enough, she called us in the afternoon to pick up our clothes. Everything was perfectly folded and packed. We are very happy.

Very rude wahine working in here and was not wearing a mask. No aloha whatsoever. Go elsewhere for laundry services.

We had to do laundry and our usual laundromat was closed due to the coronavirus. Saw Campbell Highlander and it wasn't crowded. The first time we did our laundry, I had to throw away 2 articles of clothing since there was gum stuck on it and could not get it out. We tried again the next week and this time we checked the washer and dryer. It looked ok so we proceeded to wash and dry our clothes. Lo and behold, while folding our clothes, my husband had to throw away 2 of his clothes! How can that be??? Oh, and my bath towel has gum in it too. Wtf? We will not be going back!

Mary was awesome and very friendly what a nice lady. Price was more than reasonable plus helped us big time by having it done the same day we dropped it off. Will definitely go back if we end up back on the island!

We are midway through our vacation and decided to do some laundry. Staying at a high - end hotel and wanted to experience "local" Waikiki. Saw very good reviews of Campbell Highlander Laundry and gave it a try. It is very clean, has newish washers and dryers. Wasn't crowded when we were there. Mary, the attendant, was beyond helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. And our laundry came out nice and clean!
