It is located in a convenient and easy-to-understand location along Kuhio Avenue. It was my first time using them, and they were very friendly and courteous! I purchased a SIM card and was able to set it up so I could use my smartphone right away. This is a shop where you can feel at ease even if you are not good at English.

Larry was amazing! Super helpful and informative on options! He got my us sim active and gave me the best deal for the days I’m here. He also stores luggage in the store which is awesome if your flight is later than your checkout! Great store & staff

The best SIM card shop I've ever been to!
It took me less than 5 minutes to complete the process, was friendly, and had someone who could speak Japanese so it was easy to understand!

Larry Wright is the most reliable person regarding communications devices like mobile phone,WiFi router, and Sim cards. For 20 years, I have been a loyal customer of Hoku Wireless and purchased an LCD TV (DYNEX), mobile phones(Samsung), and Sim cards (H2O). If you pay $40, you can use your phone for a year. If your balance gets near $0 when you are abroad, then call Larry to add some money to be paid later in his store. What a service, it is something that only best friends will do for you.
