A Small Christian School in Aina Haina flourishes next to a Highway. Small classroom ratios. Safety first. Special Fun Events such as the Pumpkin Fest held on October 23 this year. Advanced tickets were sold this year for allotted time slots of 1 1/2 hours due to Covid. Pumpkins scattered in piles for the pickings. Games with prizes (everyone is a winner). Free shave ice. After completing a checklist Goodie bags were given to each child. A fun event for young & old

Love this little school! My child transferred here after 4 years at a public school (which we also adored), but Holy Nativity has blown away every expectation we had. My child easily transitioned from her old school due to the care and love shown by the teachers and staff—she even said she wished she had started at HNS in kindergarten so she had more time at the school! The teachers, staff and parents work so closely together to ensure the school and the kiddos are thriving. You can really tell that the children come first and are loved and feel safe here.

HNS provides a safe, nurturing environment which makes EVERY child feel welcomed and KNOWN. Every teacher and faculty member knows your child individually. They grow tremendously in self confidence and their abilities during these crazy uncertain times. The teachers are the heart of this school. Our kindergarten experience was awesome. Mrs. Kaneshiro is a VETERAN teacher who is AMAZING! Definitely check out HNS if you are looking for a small, nurturing environment for your keiki. .

I've never left a review for a school before, but my nephew attends and all the staff that I've interacted with have been amazing! He's been attending for a few years not but it about to age out and have to attend a new school, it's a shame that they don't do K-12. Good education, staff, and convenient location for anyone on the East side of the island. Two thumbs up!

This school holds an awesome Halloween festival every year. We've been here twice and it's been great. They have a variety of different activities as well as a cute little area to pick a pumpkin. The school works hard to put on this annual event. When you walk around, you can tell that the parents and students really take pride in their school. They had everything imaginable for a kid to do. Here are just a few of the things that we did while there: hali hali horse rides, face painting, pumpkin bowling, make a pumpkin bead bracelet, bean bag toss, ring toss, petting zoo, and pick a pumpkin. They also had a little area where the kids could ride little ponies. We didn't go on that because the line was so long but maybe next time we can plan ahead. They don't have available parking but you can park in a nearby lot and they have a shuttle that takes you to the festival. We will definitely be going back again next year. It was much more entertaining for kids than just going to a regular pumpkin patch.

Holy Nativity School is such a gem! Small teacher to student ratio. Nice campus. Caring and attentive teachers and staff. Active parent association - sponsors family movie nights under the stars, holiday cookie decorating... Friendly families. Fun after school sports program. Excellent location... what mom doesn't love having a Starbucks across the street from drop off! We had such a great experience while our daughter was a student here. I definitely recommend this school to anyone looking for a small independent school!

Used to go there when I was young and had my gymnastics team there. I don't think I ever went back in some of these areas. Was all new for me when I went back there after all these years.

The school and church holds an annual pumpkin patch festival. This is was the first year we attended... boy... was I surprised! This is a very well put together event with game booth, petting zoo, pony ride, bouncy houses, trampoline, pumpkin patch, entertainment and contest. While we were there, they had a watermelon eating contest for the kids. Then a corn shucking contest for adults. And a hula halau performances. Wait for it... food trucks to pickup lunches. The kids enjoyed it very much, so we will definitely be back again next year.
