Wanted to make a DIY tray for the first time and went to Home Depot. I’m so glad I did! Everybody was so nice and I received great advice about how I should go about my project. Extra shoutout to Kayne and Ashton for cutting my wood sheet. I never thought I would have so much fun in Home Depot. Thank you. ?

I've been to too many Home Depot's LOL. However, this one had the most personnel to help and very friendly. I was lost in the plumbing department and a store associate, Jayden, was patient and helped me figure out options to get my issues fixed and he went to both aisles even to get what I needed with me.

They answer the phone direct transfer you to the department and then the phone automatically gets dropped lazy employees who don’t like to work worst customer service I’ve ever had

3rd time I receive a notification to pick up my order. I show up and it’s not ready. They keep you waiting for 30 min while they “find the order”.
Please bring Lowes to Hilo.
Home Depot in Kona way better but it’s only because they get Lowes competition.
