Sign was made but with wrong number. Asked them to send me the vinyl number so I could fix the sign - they wanted $25.00 to send one 1" vinyl letter to me and I was only 4 miles away. What a rip off.

I needed blue print scanning for my insurance company. Rae took care of everything. He ask the questions, I answered. He was professional, courteous, and even had a great humor. Just made the entire transaction go so smooth. I will definitely use their services again. Mahalo Rae!

Hon Graphics is the fastest, cheapest and most reliable printer in Honolulu! We are from mainland US and decided to hold my niece's birthday party in Hawaii instead. We searched the city for the cheapest and fastest printing shop that can do our party colaterals: munu boards, blow up photos, lifesize pictures and Hon Graphics was able to deliver these to us in less than 24 hours. Kudos to Jae and Francis and the rest of the team.

I needed some signs printed for work on fairly short notice. I reached out for quotes from a handful of printing services and Hon Graphics got back to me very quickly with details and offers that were incredibly helpful to planning my print job. I asked follow up questions which were all answered in a timely manner and with aloha.When I went to pick up my order, not only were they kind, they helped me load the signs into my car in a way that wouldn't bend or dent them and even played look out when I was leaving so I knew when to reverse out of their lot. The service is amazing and I am grateful!

Hon Graphics is a LIFESAVER! Rae is my contact person very professional and informative. My organization is doing its best to address the COVID-19 pandemic especially as it has hit the Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities very hard. These groups have the highest numbers of cases. So multiple Testing and Vaccine PODS (points of distribution) have and are being set up. Rae has been able to make the informational banners for these sites and has done it in record time so that the banner can be posted to alert the communities of where and when they are being held. So truly this is about saving lives. I recommend and refer everyone to this company and to Rae. Will continue to have all of my printing and services provided by Hon Graphics. They do an awesome JOB! Going back and forth speaking to the "general manager/owner" of hon graphics. You can see here that I inquired about getting a couple of vinyl piece's printed (vinyl material not paper). Understanding the issues at hand where they did not understand the acronym for not safe for work or safe work which is perfectly fine. I did explain the information, and was asked for a file. I did mistakenly send the wrong type of file to the printer but all they had to do was clarify to me that I sent the wrong file format for their setup. Also for each different printer place that you take your designs to different printers, they can take different file formats and they may process the design differently to set up on their type of file formating or printer format.Upon being told that they weren't able to take on my project with no explanation I decided to call in and ask why.Rae is super unprofessional the whole call I asked about why the project wasn't being accepted I said was it because of the NSFW content they said no it was along the lines of I didn't provide them with the file format and didn't clarify at the very beginning of my email and stating what I specifically needed with images. (Since it's my fault he mixed up vinyl printing verses their paper printing) the head of the email states vinyl printing.While understanding that the price quote may vary due to kiss cuts / die cut designs having multiple steps for it I did send a Tiff. file that most print/digital media places would have softwear that's readable, I made the mistake and just lacked the AI file format for them to do so on the printer . (Which again some print shops have a file set up fee for doing that for the inquiring customer ). He did not once tell me any information if they provided that or if An Ai, PSD, file etc would be acceptable.~This is over the phoneUpon talking to him over the phone after asking about the NSFW Content being the issue he bacame agrovated and defensive after i asked to speak to the owner he said"all you want to do is listen to yourself and Mumble and keep on going on instead of getting to the point of the email and where it's my fault that you didn't clarify what type of print style that I needed done. He said if you knew better you would know what type file to send to me. It's very fustrating to talk to someone who doesn't know what their doing.""Your not listening to me all you want to do is just say what you want.""How bout that ok? I'll just respond to you that way in that style!?"I did tell them I would make a review of this conversation, which he replied "Go ahead I'll take care of it there because your the issue." (With more than one witness to this situation)I understand being fustrated but as you can see in the emails I did ask from the get go from Vinyl printing. Not paper printing.Realistically if this is how you will talk to someone with no graphics backgrounds and yell and swear at people inquiring about work with you then you should go somewhere else!

Hon Graphics has been our "go to" printing company for many years. As our projects include a diverse range of large scale event banners, brochures, and advertisement stands, we have always been impressed with the quality, affordability, and service provided by Francis and his team members. Francis and his knowledgeable staff are always professional, responsive, and extremely accommodating to our needs. We are so appreciate to have this amazing company right in our neighborhood! This Company is seriously the BEST!!!!!! We are an event planning companyhave been using them for years for our companies projects and even personal projects!
