Coming from Miami, I had prepared myself to deal with a sleazy car dealership. To my surprise, this was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. We had to sell my sister’s car and we got the price we wanted. Seth was not only professional, but warm and kind. Bryson too was able to help in getting this car sold. 5 star experience. One star deducted if Seth doesn’t take us to the airport on Monday and all stars deducted if check bounces.
All joking aside, Honolulu Ford was seriously top notch.

They charged my friend over $2,000 for a so-called protection plan, and when it came time to use it, they disappeared. No help, no responsibility, nothing. Yes, the damage fit the criteria for the protection plan. This is ridiculous. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this place. Not worth a dollar. Avoid.

I deeply regret buying my car from this Ford dealership. Two years ago, I purchased a TripleCare protection plan for about $2,300, expecting it to cover damages like a broken windshield. When my windshield cracked, I went to the dealership, but they told me they couldn’t fix it and advised me to go through my insurance instead. It was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. I really regret trusting them.
