I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an engagement ring from House of Diamonds Hawaii, and I can't recommend them highly enough! My fiancé and I were on vacation and wanted to look for a wedding band for him. We found House of Diamonds online and decided to stop in. Lorah helped us find the perfect band for him- she was knowledgable and made us feel welcome. We found a beautiful koa wood ring for him and we couldn’t be happier. The prices were fair and the quality was remarkable. We are so happy we took a chance on House of Diamonds & we got to meet the lovely Lorah. 10/10 recommend!

I found the House of Diamonds in Honolulu while looking for a wedding band with pink diamonds. While finding the perfect ring, I was skeptical due to the fact I live in Texas and would be purchasing a very important ring without seeing it in person and on my hand. Jess was absolutely wonderful in putting any doubts of fear of purchasing this ring from video taping it, putting it on her ring finger for me to see, face timing with me while displaying the ring and walking around their offices and showroom cases where she pulled out some exquisite and high end rings for me to see they are exactly who they advertise to be. Any doubt or additional questions that arouse, she quickly responded by text or phone call. I would not hesitate to buy any jewelry from House of Diamonds and highly recommend you to do the same. They have the best prices, best customer service, and definitely some of the best diamonds out there.

I worked with Lorah at House of Diamonds and it was a great experience. My original wedding/engagement ring's center (very tiny) diamond had fallen out and I felt it was time for an upgrade. Lorah helped me decide on a radiant diamond. I am so thankful we splurged on this ring and I look at it everyday and can hardly believe I own something so beautiful.

This place was very welcoming from the very beginning! Not having much experience or expertise Jess made sure she walked me through every step & helped find me a great engagement ring that was also within my budget. She even was very responsive & engaging with any questions I had off hours texting. Needless to say my finance loved the ring & the proposal was a success! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a smooth engagement ring process with people with great attitudes!

By asking us questions about our occupation, hobbies, and lifestyle, Lorah helped us find our dream rings! She kept encouraging us to try different styles and sizes until we found our perfect matches. Our rings came out better than I could have ever imagined. This has been a memorable experience! I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Hawaii House of Diamonds, and I strongly urge others to be cautious, particularly with their high-pressure sales tactics. My fiancé and I initially visited the store with the understanding that a placeholder ring could be returned for a $1,000 credit towards finishing the ring. When my fiancé later went back, she made it clear that our total budget, including the diamond, was $10,000. The salesperson, Laura, immediately attempted to upsell her, pushing our budget well over $10k. When we insisted on sticking to our budget—$8,000 for the diamond and $2,000 for the setting—Laura suddenly claimed they could no longer honor the placeholder ring credit. How is that not bait and switch?
To make matters worse, we had friends who also experienced similar bait-and-switch tactics. They set a budget of $10,000, but when the fiancé went back, Laura suddenly claimed the budget was $15,000. After paying $500 for a ring design, the final product looked nothing like what was agreed upon.
Adding insult to injury, I've now found myself having to dispute an unexpected $23.08 monthly charge.
I’ll be filing a formal complaint with Hawaii Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau. What should have been a joyous occasion has turned into a stressful and frustrating ordeal, and I want to warn others to be aware before doing business with Hawaii House of Diamonds.
P.S. went somewhere else to finish the ring for under budget ($1,200). shop around before committing to this business.

This was my last stop looking for an engagement ring and Lorah the sales director who helped me was great she helped with everything from the ring to how and where to ask for my girlfriends hand in marriage I highly recommend coming here for anybody as they can help you work within your budget. If you have trouble finding it it’s the same building as the bank on the 14th floor.

We're finally engaged!! All thanks to Lorah at House of Diamonds!! She help me and my Fiancé, well, more my fiancé, pick out the ring of her dream!! Haha!! And she not only helped us pick out a ring but also gave us very awesome info on what each ring setup means and what they represent!! Thank you Lorah for turning our dream into reality!!
