Good 2023 tax year preparation experience at Ft. Shafter PX. Ms. Lu was polite, thorough, and quick. She communicated well over email and telephone and made this experience much less painful than past years.

I talked to the Manager today 04/13/2023 and she was very rude. She hanged up on me while I was still talking. I asked her name but she won’t answer me. She said I will not give it to you! And hanged up on me. She doesn’t have the courtesy to answer the phone. I am surprised with her attitude. I will make sure I will report her to the higher officer there. I will file a formal complaint on her. Today is 04/13/2023 at 1430 pm. I will make sure you will get this attitude of yours straightened out !
