I met Cierra when she was in CA a couple of years back, she helped me get an error fixed that someone else did! She is not in CA now but its just as fast, maybe quicker to deal with each return electronically! She didn't fuss or muss, she just fixed it and got me an amended refund return and I come back to her every year because she's honest, professional and caring. She does a lot of work on each return but tries to get the best discounts for us, anyway! I trust Cierra and that is important to me. Thank you Cierra!

Made an appt 2 weeks ago. I wasted 40 min waiting as the agent wasn't done with her previous client. No apology or update on ETA. So I cancelled and rescheduled at the same location for this morning. My HR app and text they send out to confirm your appointment confirmed my appt was 9am at king university plaza. No one is here. Again, no follow up or confirmation to advise that my actual appt isn't at this office

XiaoDong Qiao totally wasted my time and I hope she does not waste your time as well. She was not knowledgeable in tax laws and more importantly unwilling to take the time to learn. She talks like she knows everything and even shows that she has a Phd. DO NOT fall for her false lies and overall laziness.XiaoDong gave up on my return saying she does not know the laws and it is too complicated for her. Now I am left finding a another CPA.That's correct she started my return, I told her about her errors, and she literally gave up saying she is busy and do not know about the laws pertaining to my return.Do not trust HR Block or XiaoDong Qiao with your returns.
