I had an awful experience dealing with this company. I feel they are dishonest and unethical. I could write a whole page about how I was treated but I don't think it's necessary being that all of there review's are 1 star.Update: I would wouldn't trust the current review rating for the company. There were previously many more 1 star reviews, but they have some how disappeared.

I am very happy working with Dana at Swell property management. I am an out of town owner, and depend on Dana for taking care of receiving rent, issue and dealing with venders to work on the property when necessary. I have worked with them now fore over 5 years, and am more pleased with this team, verses any other property management company I have ever worked with. They are professional, through and through. I have also worked with the real estate team Peter, also excellent to work with.

Just want to say thank you to Jon and Kathleen again. They are very helpful and responsive. I have been with this company more than 10 years and never felt that any my concerns or questions were ignored.

Had an awful experience renting from this company. Some of the agents are extremely rude and clearly do not care whatsoever about your well being. Was uninterested and or lacked urgency when it comes to helping with certain things during the lease and clearly dishonest numerous times. Would NOT rent from again

I've been doing business with ILC & Swell for years professionally. Solid management team, always very responsive & knowledgeable. Last year, we were looking to look for another rental to move into. We found a nice place online & luckily it was being managed by ILC & Swell. We set something up with Ben immediately. The process was very smoothy & efficient, we got approved & signed our lease very quickly. We've been very happy ever since. I especially like that we can do everything online.I haven't been disappointed by this company professionally or personally & would recommend anyone to work with this business!

The location of this stay is fantastic. Your walking distance to everything Waikiki has to offer. Balcony was a great way to start the morning and enjoy someCoffee.
