“Progressive is really good about getting service providers to you. I've been locked out twice and had a dead battery, two instances not during business hours. It's nice to know that these huge fees, which I deserve to pay, really count for something when you need them. And I'm particularly impressed with the communication between providers in Hawaii and Progressive operators probably working from home bc I heard kids playing in the background. I admit I am not experienced in adult things like car insurance, despite my age, but I appear to be getting my money's worth. If not they've successfully fooled me so I am satisfied which might be just as good!”
