Service was horrendous. Salesperson never got back to us with a quote , called back to cancel the price quote never seemed to care ,, found the items on Amazon.

My company ordered remote work desks and chairs from here - At first, I was excited about the Steelcase products.The furnitures were set to come end of November. Then early December. Then some folks finally got their chairs by Christmas. It was finally my turn, when a representative, Magdalena "Lena" contacted me via email. We scheduled a date.I went to book our apartment complex freight elevator - It turns out I can only book this specific elevator for 4hrs a day, as others book the elevator for move in/out too.I informed Lena about this but she apologized saying the items will be dropped off "anywhere between 8am - 4pm" and that there is "nothing she can do about that." I told her that it must be within a 4hr time frame or I cannot bring the furniture up (freight elevator puts drapes over the mirrors of the elevator AND there is a deposit of $100 to use the elevator). If my company purchased over 100 Steelcase chairs and tables, you'd think they'd be more accommodating to their customers??I decided to schedule for a Tuesday from 10am - 2pm, and Lena said she will "note it to the drivers but it's not a guarantee." I said okay and had to just pray that they come between those hours.Well, Tuesday comes and it's 1:50PM - Lena sends me an email within the hour that "they are short staffed so they cannot make any deliveries for the day" and offers another drop off TWO WEEKS LATER. She then goes on to say that I can also just wait even LONGER if I want to get both chair and table delivered together. What??It turns out that the "there were wrong leg pieces" so they're waiting for the right legs to come in - what?? Arent they in a box already?? How can all 100+ tables come with the wrong set of legs??Still waiting for my furniture to arrive. Lena doesn't confirm emails read nor says nothing about the estimated date that the "right legs" will come in nor be proactive about scheduling another dropoff. It's 2 days before January now. All in all my Steelcase table and chair that were supposed to be in my house by Christmas is now a maybe after January with no guarantee that theyll deliver within max allowed time frame. They expect customers to wait around all day for the furniture and then last minute EMAIL you, not call you, to say they are short staffed.I would not recommend this place at all, just buy your Steelcase furniture from Steelcase's own website.

Poor design, and does not follow best practices. Could not contact designers or electrician for specifications. Cheesy drawings were in no way professional.
