By far, the most unprofessional, slowest, inefficient tax business I have ever come across.... It's a shame Jackson Hewitt has these people representing them...I filed state taxes with these people. It took them 6 weeks to get my information back to me.. not to mention I spent $540 in total to file with them... you are not respected as a customer.. there are two kids working there... completely incompetent.. seems like a "family business"... totally would not recommend
