I have gone to many other exercise programs but Jazzercise is the best. Our instructors make everyone feel good about themselves. They are so encouraging and fun to be with. Now that I am a senior citizen, I enjoy the challenge of the different exercise routines and music.. Jazzercise keep my brain active and my body fit.
