Hey now ! What a class ! I was fortunate enough to join in on our instructors FIRST ever class and it was a BLAST ! Her music choices and choreography kept it challenging but I could DO it !! I am so grateful I found this group and what an amazing location Palolo Valley Counting my blessings for sure , see fit there !

If you want a fantastic aerobic, strength training, with stretching workout with an energetic instructor, Midori, who shows low impact versions of each routine, perfect cues,changes up the routines and music every few weeks, so it never gets boring, and meeting new friends...then this is the class for you! It is for me, and absolutely love it!!! I'm in terrible shape, but never feel concerned about others judging :) We all just work at our own pace and have a blast while doing it. Lots of free parking in the lot. Class meets MWF from 8:30-9:30. Midori is very prompt so come on time.:) You will absolutely love Midori's Cowart's class!

Midori's Jazzercize class reminds us three times a week that our entire body is chock full of parts that we need to keep moving. Class includes aerobic dance moves, cool down, stretching, and weight training...all in one fast paced hour! All the people in the class are friendly, the space is breezy and large and Midori is always cheerful and full of seemingly boundless energy. Good fun that is good for you. And the music rocks.

What a fun, energizing class! All of my favorite songs and routines -- taught by Midori. She is great! The students in the class are all very spirited and full of contagious energy!
