TERRIBLE Customer Service. Employees just stand around, talk story with each other and don't even ask customers if they need help. No one watches the Fitting Room either.

Compared to some of the other comments here, they noticed us and kept an eye on us upon arrival. Every few minutes, we were being checked on and were asked some questions. We did have to go find someone to open the fitting rooms for us too which was pretty inconvenient. When we were ready we finally go in line (yes there was a line) and after waiting a few min someone finally came to check us out. Snobby customer service at the register. So I made sure to snob right back at her. Will not shop there again. Ala Moana is so much better in my opinion.

Waited FOREVER while the only lady who was authorized to do my return (manager?) rang up other employees and a family member from the kapolei location (thats how long I waited i got the whole life story) grumbling about how inventory came in & all the red tag item stickers they had to do. Taking their sweet old time totally ignoring me. I went to find another cashier but she said that was the only person who could do it. Horrible customer service. I left. No one cared.

These employees are not friendly.. Talking stories to eachother when customers are waiting in line to be helped. Maybe hire people with good customer service instead of just anybody that needs a paycheck. No wonder they have 1 star. I would rate them no star if it was a option. This place is a joke.

Mikayla is the kind if employee any manager would be so pleased to have on their team. So friendly \\u0026 extremely helpful for what I was looking for. The other two employees were so unfriendly, no smiles \\u0026 one I approached was acting like I was bothering her from straightening the racks. And the other one I passed looked like she shouldn’t be working in Customer service! Actually both of the two other associate’s except your wonderful Mikayla, she’s awesome! The other two should take lessons from Mikayla!

Great sales and has quality work slacks and scrubs. But the workers are not helpful. You have to ask one of the workers to check you into a dressing room if you want to try clothes. They silently take the clothes and put the number up as if they were upset you interrupted their Bluetooth speaker time with friends. When you're at the cash register which never has lines so it's a short wait, the cashier never smiles nor chats. So if you like straight up service without the chit-chat, this is your store! Independent shopper who doesn't like other deals or relative merch offered to them, then shop here. Every time I shop there's only 2 or 3 other customers so I'm not sure why the customer service is poor.

This location doesn't have their phone set up. That's pretty shitty service if you ask me. Too lazy to answer the phone.
