This Jiffy Lube has the nicest/most professional crew I’ve ever experienced. I’ve moved around a lot and this shop has the best customer service. They’re extremely helpful and so kind. They take the time to really explain the process and are very transparent. Martin/Nawai and Stacey are super awesome! Specifically Martin went out of his way to take care. I’ll drive across island for this team. Thanks always!

This location specifically was incredibly rude. I called the day before and the person i spoke to on the phone was short, sassy and spoke with so much disrespect. The next day, I went in for a safety inspection and was given a litany of different excuses as to why they wouldn't do one during the normal hours that they perform safety inspections, as well as attitude when I told them the person I spoke to on the phone specified the service hours in which I arrived. Come to this Jiffy Lube if you want to waste your time.

I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit to a Jiffy Lube. The staff here is the reason that I will continue to return to Jiffy Lube for services. They provided a sense of community, aloha, and some laughs. It was nice to take care of my to-do list with simply overall good people. This was genuinely the best experience I have had while getting an oil change. I highly recommend the King Street location in Honolulu (555 N King St.)
The staff was professional, friendly, efficient, and service was completed pretty quickly. I really enjoyed that I had a view of what was being done on my car; the transparency increased my confidence in what was being done. I did not feel overcharged, or oversold for ways I could improve my car's performance. There was no pressure for upsells (just options presented and affirmed afterward) which made choosing what was best for my car, actually easier as a decision. I also enjoyed the videos in the waiting area that instruct you on how to know certain needs of your car (like break fluid levels).
I was in the Lahaina Fire on Maui before shipping my car here to Oahu and used this vehicle to escape the fire. I had not factored in the air filter condition afterward, and the team brought it over to me to see the effects. I feel more at ease knowing I will be driving my family around with cleaner breathing now. I've also had an issue with the wipers for too many years, and they helped with a replacement. Now that I live where it rains often, I am relieved that I can see clearly. My oil change was seamless, and reminders by mileage is very appreciated since I often forget by that time. Thanks for the great service!

Came early for my car maintenance! Nawai was super kind to explain to me what I needed for my car. They also have WiFi in the waiting room, so I was able to get some works done. Overall, I am satisfied with their services and will come back again!

So grateful to Manager Brandon and Johnny for the top notch excellent service. They were very friendly and helpful. They communicated the process and what was going to happen detailing the different services they provide and what it entailed with the price breakdown.
They were also very respectful and spoke to us as if I was their Kupuna ( grandma).
This team obviously receives excellent customer service training. It is a totally different experience we received from Jiffy Lube in Kaneohe which is why we left the Kaneohe Jiffy Lube.
It is worth driving 24 miles from North shore for.
Thank you Brandon. Thank you Johnny. I will be back and recommend you to my ohana and friends.
