DOES NOT ANSWER THIS PHONE. I called 5 times to ask if they could do a safety inspection, no answer, and then pulled up to learn their safety inspector wasn’t there. So I try calling another Jiffy Lube on my way. Same experience. No answer, just to find out they also don’t have a safety inspector.

Great customer service from Jordan and the rest of the crew. Fast and sufficient. They even did some last minute add ons that I asked for at the last second! Highly recommend these guys! Mahalo!

I am a very happy and satisfied customer and I will definitely be returning! Everyone at the S. Beretania Jiffy Lube was so helpful and friendly from the very first phone call, yes, they actually answered my phone calls! The level of service I received was amazing, they even offered me an online coupon for the oil change and did not try to tell me that I needed other services, as I have experienced with other places, not to mention the fast service,, it only took about 15 minutes. Thank you so much, you all made my day!

Worst Jiffy Lube ever! Went several times there in the past few years. I always got greeted badly by the lady who check you in.
Thought I would give her one more chance… But I was wrong! This time she claimed she did not have my oil filter ( common one by the way! per the nice Jiffy Lube staff down the road!)
Will never take my car there again! Avoid that place by all cost!!!

First time here had an oil change done today and it was great service overall!! No appointment, just drove up got lucky with no line surprisingly for a Friday ~9am. Got greeted immediately by a mechanic (forgot to get his name) waited a few minutes then he took our car info then we were all set. Service was pretty quick about 30min in total since there were only two cars already getting serviced when we arrived. Plenty of chairs inside to wait. New manager Sherran helped us with checkout, great customer service she is super friendly, helped explain in detail the service that they did and other issues that they found, along with what they could/couldn't do. She didn't pressure us at all!! Overall a great experience!!
