After wearing my "fabulous" new shoes for about 20 mins, my feet were destroyed. The young man at the store informed me that unless there's a defect, I have no options except to try corporate customer service. After telling him there IS a defect, he immediately responded to contact customer service without even looking at the shoes. I've been a long-time customer and fan of Jimmy Choo shoes but will never purchase anything from their stores again and likely not buy Jimmy Choo shoes either. I felt ignored, dismissed and not valued as a customer at all and I can only wear flip flops for the rest of my vacation (thank goodness they're Prada!). DON'T BUY FROM JIMMY CHOO STORES!

Such a Beautiful shop with Stunning products and Incredible service!!!Wendy was a Charm to work with. She was so pleasant and informative in assisting my daughter with her very first pair of Choo’s. From sizing to heel height and comforts, the service was Excellent.I am a devoted Jimmy Choo gal cuz of their elegance and pristine designs.The Waikiki shop always has my 34 1/2 and 35’s and I’m thrilled to continue the tradition of gifting Choo’s to my Lovely daughters while on our tropical holiday.Mahalo for making our visit memorable.

I like the store, the staff was helpful. My complaint which is the large complaint is that after getting back to my hotel and trying on the shoe I see that it is too small. I did ask the salesman if my heel was supposed to hang out fron the back of the shoe and he said yes, that was fine. I called the next day and asked if I could exchange the shoe for a half a size up. I was told no exchange no return. Doesn't make me want to purchase from this business again. The shoe was put on once, in the hotel room. Never worn outside or anywhere else. In original box original packaging with receipt.
