I came to the store today at around 12:00-12:30 pm February 24 2024 to replace my jalousie window blade and brought a sample, an employee name (Wes) was not pleasant and he let me feel that I’m inconvenient to him ,he is Rude ,I’m shocked the way he was telling me to measure it,I’m having a second thought of going back ,hope attitude will be fix soon,I’m sad I’ll be looking for another place to buy my hardware needs..aloha

#Grateful Sophie, was the first happy face we saw as soon as we pulled in the parking lot? I think she had come outside, maybe helping someone else load she waited on us at the door as soon as my landlord Tina came in she was offering her a cart we knew what we wanted we had only came to get a weed eater as my landlord says a weed wacker and no time at all we had exactly what we wanted and was on our way everyone had happy faces and was so accommodating the atmosphere is priceless When comparing it to The Big Box store we don't ever want to lose this atmosphere support them as often as possible mahalo I am never leaving Paradise my landlord has several properties she is constantly breaking about how awesome Ace is

The people in this store were awesome. Went in with my son twice today for stuff, and everyone jumped to help us. It is always such a pleasure to find actual customer service and people that genuinely seem to care. Hats off to all of the folks that helped us today. The jingle sings true in this Ace Hardware store for certain!

Ace Hardware in Kaimuki is a small store that carries your basic home improvement necessities. They also carry specialty items that other stores don't have. -When I needed a product that the professionals used to remove the clear coat, Ace had it. -When I needed a specific drain cleaner that reacted to water instantly, Ace had it. -When I needed fast acting paint remover, Ace had it. After every research I did, I always found all the products at Ace Hardware. It's a clean and well organized store with knowledgable staff workers. It's a small store, so you may not always find a worker. Parking Private lot or street parking Payment Cash or credit

I try my best to give them business since they are in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, this is probably the last time I go in there. I was helped immediately by a floor person and she showed me exactly where I could find the part I needed. But upon check out I got terrible service. The lady was sassy and rudely said "I can help you if you're ready?" As if she couldn't see me standing in line for the next cashier with the part in my hand waiting to be checked out. She handed my receipt and couldn't even muster up a fake "thank you". That's poor training.

Best customer service! I went to City Mill, but they wouldn't help me find the correct butane for my lighter. How hard could it be right? Thank heaven for Ace Hardware, who knew what I needed in less than one sentence and promptly grabbed it for me. The employees are happy, and funny and it seems like they really want you to enjoy the customer experience. I was in the store at 2 pm 7/24/23. Whoever was working then, Mahalo!!! Way to go!
