I've been here before. It's been a while. I'm not sure if it's a different owner, but it's not Pink anymore... unfortunately.$4.50 for the smaller wash and $9 for the larger wash...Dryer is 25 cents for 2 minutes, $5/20min is dries well for me.

Sign says closes at 8pm but closes earlier. If last wash is 6:45pm I think it would be nice to put that on the sign. Unbelievable

Run! Do not come here. Signs everywhere about criminal activity. Machines are all broken. Machines eat money and don't work. I'm surprised they are in business when all machines are out of service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Nope. Owners clearly have no concern to upkeep this establishment or maintain some type of level of quality. To add, the washer cycle is $4.50 and $9... For a single washing cycle. Don't claim this businesses energy.

I'll give two stars just because I'm a tourist and it is hard to find a laundromat in Waikiki. This place has no parking, wash cycles are $4.50 and for every quarter you put in the dryer machine it gives you two minutes. Currently 5 dryers are broken and one washer is broken. There is no bathroom in this laundromat. Probably won't come back.

Dana is super friendly. Although she just started she is very helpful and friendly. I recommend this place. Cleanly and professionally folded and NOTHING IS MISSING.

Clean place, quite tidy. Put my clothes into washer, went to slide my credit card to pay, slide completely gummed up. Can barely get card through reader. Same situation on ALL readers at shop. Basically cannot use credit cards at this place. Bill machine accepts $10-$5-$1, only one of two bill reader inputs working. Went to pay the machine I chose, quarter input not operational. Had to choose new machine and move powder soap to new machine by hand. About half of the washing machines here were non operational or partial operational (eg- no hot water). While tidy and clean this half functional place isn't worth the inconvenience. Tips to fix-- get all credit card machines functional, repair non operational coin slots and slightly operational slots (you have to shoot the quarters into one of them at a very specific angle), ensure 80-90% of all washing machines are operational at any given time. No commentary for drying machines.

This is the worst laundromat ever. %70 of anything here is not working. Coin machine only works with 1 dollar bills. Small load is $4.50 and .25 for 2 minutes of drying. So since I had no way of getting more coins I am going home with wet clothes.

The machines ate my coins and there's no staff there to help you. If you call the number no one picks up. There's another laundromat on Waialae called iDo Laundry that is both cheaper and has actual people who work there that can help you if you have a problem.

This is a clean laundromat. Most of the machines work. None of the credit card readers work but they have a quarter machine that accepts up to $20 bills. They have soap to purchase. They are a little pricey at $4.50 a load ($9 for the big washers) They also have security cameras to monitor the place.

It’s very expensive ($4.50/small load or $9/large load wash) ($0.25/2 minutes dry) (as of June 2022). Many dryer doors don’t shut.

There is no bathroom here. There are a couple coffee shops nearby but they were all closed when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. There is a machine to buy laundry soap and dryer sheets, quarters only. The laundry soap doesn’t come all the way out but I was able to retrieve it with only minor scratches to my hand. I would bring something to fish it out if I were to go again. The credit card readers did not work, but there was a change machine hiding in the corner. It only take ones and fives. I ended up needing 82 quarters to wash and dry two loads including buying the laundry soap. There was no air condition and it smelled like an animal had died nearby. The dryers give you 2 minutes for one quarter. That was kind of nice because I could add 2 minutes extra if something wasn’t all the way dry.
