Kaimuki Self Storage has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, with easy access and convenient hours. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with questions or logistics. The units are well-lit and climate-controlled, which gave me peace of mind about my belongings. Pricing is fair for the location, and the process of moving in and out was smooth and hassle-free. I’d recommend them to anyone in Honolulu looking for a reliable and safe storage solution.

I was in a panic to find storage in a hurry!! Devina and Mish were very helpful and understood my needs.
I've been with them for about 4 years now and they've always come through for me!! I used to store my things at other places, but they are real people who understand my situations!! I'm so glad that I found them and I'll be staying for as long as I have the need for storage. They also help me to find different alternatives to lower my bill even though I have a lot to store!
I couldn't be more grateful for everything they do for me and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kaimuki Self Storage!!!

I am grateful to have found this woman owned and operated business! Mish is good at what she does, very professional, kind and helpful. She and her grandmother were both attentive to my spatial and financial needs, when helping me select my storage unit. The magical ambiance they’ve created actually made moving pleasant. It was fun to walk through the rainbow hallways, with hibiscus print pareos hanging on the wall, and use the fairy gnome moving carts covered in fake grass. It was also a very affordable price! I highly recommend Kaimuki Self Storage.

The worst customer service. The place is unprofessional and VERY outdated. I will update with pictures once I remove our belongings. It smells in the facility which will cause your belongings to smell as well. Don’t waste your time. The storages are made out of wood, the place is a Joke. Every time you open your storage unit wood chips fly down on you, our unit cannot open fully because they was they have the pipes set up along the celling. Water is leaking from the cellings. If/when water drips into your unit and ruins your things they have no courtesy to let you know. The posted operation hours are incorrect they close earlier without warning and if you enter near closing time they let you know you don’t have much time. So ghetto. Hawaii self storage across the street here we come!
I can’t stress enough. I tried and wanted so badly to like this place. Don’t waste your time, don’t let your belongings get ruined or smell 😩😩😑

Their pricing works with our budget. And we been with them for about 3 or 4 years. They don't change their pricing at all. Like other storages they change every so many months.. their stuff is also very kind and caring.
