I love this fitness station, and I wish Oahu had more just like this one. Plenty of shade to take breaks in or do your warm up and cool downs. Can get crowded but most people are cool.

Awesome opportunity to get some outdoor fitness done for free, right next to the beautiful beach.

This is a compact parcourse - or an array of outdoor fitness equipment. It consists mostly of poles from which you can do pull-ups or a variety of stretches. To that end, there are helpful signs that show you how to use the equipment for various exercises. While not as comprehensive as some parcourses that I've seen (think chest presses and shoulder presses), it's nevertheless one of many helpful amenities here at Kapiolani Park - and one that's conveniently located right in front of street parking.

Great equipment. Wrong location on the map. It's on the other side of the street and a bit more northwest

I had to try out the fitness station. For outdoor calisthenics you are pretty much covered by the variety of bars they have. Some of the equipment looks fairly new. Several other also put it to good and impressive use.

Easy but forgettable. Let's grab those bars for healthier life instead of candy bars♡

Great place to workout. Equipment is all in nice shape. I love having a free place to get my workout in. However, I do recommend leaving before sunset, especially if you’re a woman by yourself. Some men that frequent the area after dark like to make inappropriate comments.

I really, really enjoy working out and honestly, I can't think of a better place to do it than by the Beautiful Hawaiian ocean. This little workout center is small, but the overall atmosphere is worth it! They have a few pushup/situp stations at different levels of incline. There's several "stepping poles" at different heights for your legs and balance workout. 2 different pull up bars and a jungle gym style ladder for more exercise. Unfortunately there's only metered parking and it's usually hard to find a spot in the evening, but if you can come a little earlier in the day there's always parking spots. It's a perfect workout to walk the park and then come here for some strengthening exercises. The public bathroom nearby is not the cleanest, but I've seen worse. Overall this is a great way to workout and enjoy the beautiful Hawaii weather!!

Great place to workout and stretch. Just needs some new gravel or rubber chips foundation.
