My daughter received a gift that was lovely but did not match her style and so we went in to exchange it for a different gift. I have never gone into this store as I am more of a Ross Dress for less shopper. This may have been the first time I have gone here but definitely not my last. We were dressed pretty casually as Islanders do but everyone was so very kind and helpful. They really go above and beyond and we had the most fun shopping there and the sale was fantastic and we got great deals. We ended up walking out with more than an exchange of purse but also my daughter's prom dress but for very little more due to the sale. I think I would have spent more at TJ max! There is a beautiful gold chain in there that says Aloha that I need to get next time I am at the mall. Mia helped us and she was so helpful. We were in a hurry and only had time to try on one dress and she knew exactly which one my daughter would like best and brought it over to try. It was prefect. It was also on discount so she was not just trying to sell us something expensive but she was really trying to help us find what we particularly wanted. Thank you so much Mia! Everyone else was lovely too.

This review is for outstanding customer service at the Ala Moana Center location. The end metal piece on the draw string had come off on my fiancees Kate Spade handbag. She went in and asked about it being fixed or replaced. The salesperson checked and said your purchase is under a year and that it's covered my their warranty. A few moments later, she walked out with a new handbag (same model). I was so impressed. No 20 questions. No where's your receipt. Everything was online. In this day and age where returns, exchanges, and warranties can be such a hassle Kate Spade made it so easy. It was a pleasure....and I'm the guy waiting in the background lol.

I have never in my life been followed so much in a store. The sales person Melissa would not leave us alone. I have been to kate spade in Toronto, NY & more and never in my life. I really wanted a souvenir from hawaii & I did purchase a wallet but that is not right to follow people like that. I felt like she thought I was going to steal something and I would never even consider that also I was wearing clothes that were fitted so where the hell would I hide a purse?? I am considering contacting head office as I see other complaints about this problem.

It’s a nice store but I felt like the salesperson was hovering over me the entire time I was there and was somewhat pushy. I was genuinely considering a bag that I saw but just wanted a little time to think about it. When I told her she looked visibly annoyed. It was not a pleasurable experience at all. In fact, their high pressure sales made me not want to return to buy it or look around at any other Kate Spade store in Waikiki.

I came in here to browse and was promptly greeted by a sales associate, apologies for not getting her name, but she was friendly and showed me many nice things, even though I wasn't really planning to buy anything. I didn't feel hovered over, she would just pop by every once in a while to check if I needed anything. Will visit again the next time I'm in Honolulu.

Great experience. I found the cutest bag. Salesperson Eternity was wonderful. Great service. Made sure everything was packed so I could take on my flight home without it getting damaged.

Popping into a Kate Spade boutique, no matter where in the world, is always a treat. However, the staff at this particular store has to be the most warmest, welcoming and friendliest of any. A great big 'Mahalo' to the lovely Ali, Noeesha and their just as lovely colleagues!

Although I like the products, I don't like being attacked when I walk in the door. I understand that sales quotas need to be made, but this is not pleasurable shopping. I suggest changing this part of the sales experience. Horrible to always have someone looking over your shoulder.In sales, Pauline is very easy to work with. I don't feel hovered over, I am free to shop without being followed all over the store. I suggest you look for her, she will provide great service. ?

Everytime I been to a Kate spade the associates were very kind, this one was no exception. I just went in to get pictures of and see the bee and frog bags in person and they let us try them out and it was just overall neat to browse.

Probably one the friendliest Kate Spades I’ve gone to. Alexandria B helped me buy my fall purse and she was so kind and caring and relatable on a personal level. Please give her a promotion because she went above and beyond!
