Veronica Philaphandeth and her team are phenomenal! I cannot express how awesome she was during the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. She never made me feel like any questions were invalid or too basic. She made me believe I was a priority and genuinely cared about me finding the home that was the best fit for me. I was not on the island while searching for the home, but she made the process seem smooth the whole time. Veronica is simply the best.

We didn't end up buying the home, but the the treatment we got from the buyers agent Chris Figler was top notch. Incredibly respectful and hard working to answer all our first time home buying questions.

I worked with Ashley Murray in the Spring of 2022. The experience was first class all the way. I was the executor of my Uncle’s estate. We were coming over to HI from the mainland and picked Ashley through only a phone call. She and her team were super helpful from start to finish. She arranged for a repair team as well as a cleaning crew. This took a lot of worry off our shoulders. She was very responsive to all communications. We so appreciated all of her help.

Purchased and sold many homes over the years. Christine Loo is one of the best realtors with whom we've worked. She helped us find a temporary rental while we figured out where/what we wanted to buy. Christine was kind enough to do several video walkthroughs (with thoughtful narration) so I didn't have to miss work.Then she helped us secure the perfect place in a very competitive market. 100% would recommend Christine Loo. :)

David Cordeiro cold called my mother/grandmother and tried to get them to sell their homes. He then tried to sell houses that were bought 1.5 years ago for 20%+ markup (maybe other people he's been cold calling), and saying something about sale price vs tax assessed value.Stop preying on old people, Jesus would not do that.

Audrey Alessi was my realtor, and she is honestly AMAZING. I was looking for a home for about 2-3 years. I was so wish-washy in the beginning, not sure what I wanted or even if I wanted to buy. But Audrey stayed patient with me, always stayed in contact, and eventually knew exactly what I wanted. Now I’m in the perfect home, thanks to her and all her hard work!She really goes above and beyond for her clients. Her communication is exceptional and she is so knowledgeable. Buying a home for the first time is stressful, but she was there every step of the way to explain everything to me. She even went out of her way to attend appointments that I couldn’t, just to make sure that our home was in good condition. As a first time homebuyer I did not know what I was getting myself into, and to be totally honest If Audrey and the team she assembled did not do such a fantastic job of helping me understand each step in the process- all while moving at a fast pace and even closing early- I probably would have waited and put off pulling the trigger to finally own a home. Throughout the whole experience, Audrey had excellent communication, was extremely responsive, and was incredibly patient as I thought through all the decisions. Any questions I had, she either would have the answer right away, or would get back to me before the day was over with the correct information.

Dealt with a lying, threatening and nasty agent from this company. I actually contacted the corporate headquarters about his conduct detailed in emails. No response. Definitely indicative of the way they operate. Luckily I hadn’t signed with them, but I would not recommend doing business with them to anyone.

Audrey Alessi was an amazing realtor who guided me to buying my first home. She stayed connected with the loan officers and seller agent even she wasn't in the island. She responded very quickly and stayed engaged throughout the whole process. Audrey made my first home buying experience easy. Definitely would choose her as my agent again.
