Our usual stop whenever we go to Waikiki. We haven't tried anything else, just the Shaka Boom and it's yummy. Depending on the staff you get, the shaka may be just right or a little crunchy, but either way, it still tastes good. Staff is always friendly and always let you know how long you have to wait.

The staff are very friendly and witty. We're from NorCal and happened to meet a family from Kansas City and chatted a lot about the football finals the day before. ??? You must try the ice cream here! Highly recommended.

A fun way to eat dole whip. There are 5 other choices for soft serve. The hand cone isn't very good. It is a bit stale ( though freshly made) and overcooked. The thumb part is quite cakey and dense..I was thinking it would be a crunchy waffle cone.It comes with two free toppings. It takes about 5 minutes to make. This place is by the escalator on the 2nd floor (front corner of the food court)

I loved my visit to Kokoro Cafe in Waikiki. The service from Gil was incredible, one of the friendliest interactions I had during my stay in Honolulu, and that's saying something! The Shaka Boom I had was great and my girlfriend really enjoyed her Mochipop. Highly recommend this spot for a quick treat.

Great place to get soft swerve ice cream if you are tired of having shaved ice for the past few days on your Hawaii trip. We got the #1 SHAKA BOOM just because hey we are in Hawaii. It comes with vanilla and chocolate swirl and two choice of topping (we got Oreo and rainbow sprinkles). The Shaka hand sign in the middle is a crepe like. A lot of people got the regular waffle cone with a scoop of ice cream which was half the price of the Shaka Boom but hey YOLO ?.The Shaka Boom and the regular waffle cone is shareable between two people. The two staff members last night were fantastic and patient to briefly explain the menu despite probably doing it countless times that night. This place is located on the Level 2 of the Royal Hawaiian Center in a food court.Overall, highly recommended for a sweet treat for a date spot or with the family.Kid-friendliness: Saw lots of kids enjoying itWheelchair accessibility: Elevator present

They have 3 flavours of dairy free, lactose free and gluten free ice cream. Pineapple, Vanilla and Chocolate flavour. Very nice. I wish they sold this in Australia.

I bought juice and soft serve ice cream, but they make the soft serve ice cream at the end so that it doesn't melt after the juice is made.

It's located in the food court on the second floor of the Royal Hawaiian Center. I ate pineapple soft serve ice cream. Next door was also selling soft serve ice cream and cake.
