I’m a local and decided after my third time to never come here again. There’s zero consistency and the price differs every time depending on who you have. It’s scammy and plain rude. Even though it’s an easy walk down the street from my apt I’d rather go somewhere else where I don’t feel taken advantage of.

The pedicures were fast and they were good, but the full set and french tips were terrible. My daughter was so not happy, and it was very overpriced. Definitely, did not know how to do french tips

This was my second visit after getting just gel polish only a previous trip a few years back. They painted my nails nicely, so I figured it was a safe bet to get a full mani/pedi, again with gel polish.
First, I feel that the sanitation was a bit lacking. One of the cuticle cutters they used had a piece of someone else’s cuticles on them when they were first picked up.
Second, idk if this is normal as I usually do my own nails, but the nail tech used a literal micro plane on my feet. Like she was zesting an orange. I went for a walk on the beach some 6-8 hours later and my feet were so tender and red afterwards it hurt to walk for a few days.
Lastly, and perhaps most importantly since nails are supposed to be aesthetically pleasing for a while after a mani/pedi, entire nails were literally falling off. Mind you, I got gel polish and in my experience this usually needs to be removed by choice vs. it just coming off in a matter of days. Three nails on my right hand were missing after 3 days. I went back and they did repair it for free, but after the fifth day (and on my way to the airport) I noticed another full nail had come off.
I think their polish might be expired.
A waste of $130 +tip, in my opinion.

I am very unhappy with the service that I ended up getting for the price. I paid $150 for a gel mani/pedi. I expected to pay more because of it being a tourist area. However, the service they gave was absolutely horrendous. My nails are naturally long, and I had on gel before. To take it off, they drill filed the entire nail, barely leaving the acetone on to loosen the product, which has severely thinned out the nails, which I will probably now have to completely cut down, yhey are now extremely weak and that's with a base coat, three gel layers and a top coat. Any little bit of heat and they start to bend with how thin they are and it is very painful if they get bent back because they're so weak.
Next, they didn't even bother to shape the nail or try to fix the jagged edges they left with the drill. On top of that they charge for color which I have never seen another salon do. They must have watered down the color because they used the same brand and color that I get at my salon back home, but it was severely thin when applied, I had to do three coats to get a solid color when back home I only need one and then a half of one for touch ups. When I left, I noticed there were like watermarks on the nails, which I had never seen before, and dimpling in the gel, which again has never happened.
By the end, I had nail polish cured along my cuticles, which they took a cuticle trimmer to try to cut off of me, which was painful.
Overall, it is extremely overpriced for a very bad job. I wouldn't go back there and if asked would say no one should go there. When I go back home, I'm going to have to go and pay another $65 to have all of it removed and have my nails fixed to some state that I can actually use them non-painfully.

I usually don’t write negative reviews on here but I’m only doing this to warn people who care about having a nice nail job. I came here as a last resort to have my nails done on our honeymoon as I didn’t have time to get them done in my hometown before vacationing here, after going a few places beforehand that were all booked out for today I chose to take a chance here. First off, there isn’t many colors to choose from so the color I had hoped for (an icy plain blue) wasn’t an option. I was trying to go for a natural color look since they didn’t have the color blue I wanted. I asked for a manicure and pedicure and got persuaded to pay the extra money for the leg/foot massage and I did want the gel pedicure as it always does best on my toes. The gel polish is $25 EXTRA on top of the $60 “massage” (I know dumb me), but I thought what the heck it’s my honeymoon. My toenails were cut completely crooked and my “dip nails” weren’t done right at all (as someone who’s gotten dip SNS for 10+ years) the dip powder was never properly shaved down so now my nails are very thick and uncomfortable. The massage didn’t last any longer than a regular pedicure and don’t plan on getting lotion applied to your feet like a typical pedicure because they don’t do that. Now after $180 this is what I’m left with. Please do your research!!

Essential first stop after a long flight. I went for the extra massage time and it was absolutely worth it. They are so kind, and let me walk in with no appointment.

I do not recommend this place. They scam Tourists. The service is not good for the price you pay. Place is also kind of dirty. Why are there chickens running around in the back? And I didn't really see them wipe the tools.

Walk-in just after 9am for spa pedicure and gel manicure, with a design and with two lovely ladies working at the same time was out at 10am! New massage chairs added to the experience and am really happy with result. A little on the pricey side but they were transparent, and happy to have paid given the quick outcome so I can get on with my holiday!

Me and a friend stopped in while vacationing to get a pedicure after seeing them advertised for 35.00. We thought hey that's a good price we'll come back and asked for a card. My friend had a broken nail and asked how much for a repair and fill and was told 55.00. We did go back for the pedicures. After seeing gel was 25.00 I opted for regular polish. No callous was removed my toes were clipped and polished after soaking and that was it. The tech came and showed me a total of 36.10 I gave her my card. After running it she asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes and it somehow jumped to 37.80. Not much but it gave me scammed vibes. My friend opted to get gel and her 35+ 25 transaction turned into 74.00. She changed her mind on the fill and repair because we both didn't like the quality of work done to our feet, no need to proceed. Take your money elsewhere. They're definitely getting ppl 1 dollar at a time.

Got a fill and pedicure. Pedicure was amazing. For fill I always like a design and they were unable to do a simple design. Ended up just getting color. Also had to ask her to redo one of my nails as the shape was off. Overall nice staff. Would not recommend if you want any type of design

Would not recommend. Nothing like I wanted.
Asked for oval nails in lavender dream. The shape of the nails are botched, crooked almond. During the process they skipped over cuticle care so the base of the nails look messy and unprofessional.
The color on the sample was a purple pink grey. They are bubble gum pink!
I felt like I could not share my thoughts.
Finally the sign up front said $45 for acrylics. I got charged $75!! Complete ripoff.

This was by far the RUDEST service I ever received and I didn’t even END UP having a service. I should have read the reviews but I was desperate to get my gel nails off. I came in twice. The first time, they told me to come back in 20 minutes so I did and when I came back, both ladies standing there looked at me in disgust as if I had done something horrible to them by walking in to their salon again, at which point the lady that was working on someone’s pedicure said “Can’t you see I’m busy? Come back later”. From the service alone (and again I am SO GLAD I didn’t get my nails taken off here) I am telling you to run and run fast. If I could give them a -5/5 I would.
Stylist: Horrible!!!

HOOOOORIBLE!!!!! 75 dollars for a mess!!! David or neuyan did my nails and this was the result rushed unprofessional work…. Damaged nails from what was suppose to be a soak off that I was charged for, but instead my acrylic nails I had on just got ripped off and the he proceeded to give me a very sloppy full set!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. Unless you like wasting money!
