I love it there. There's always a washing machine that's not in use. I go there at least once every two weeks. Staff are friendly and their hours are great.

Went in for drop off service with 2 bags of laundry. Asked the attendant if the small bag maybe 5 lbs max with 6 shirts could be air dried only. She huffed and rolled her eyes and said you mean just on a hanger? I said, yes. She rolled her eyes a second time looked around and said I can’t do that. Then asked how many items I said just 6 shirts. Again she rolled her eyes huffing and puffing saying we don’t do that. How do you run a WDF business and not accommodate a request especially if it makes you more money since it’s not using any utilities.

Terrible customer service the front sign says last wash and is at 4:30. However, I just needed to use the dryer. I was turned away by the rude person at the front desk. I’m not sure what business in this type of economy is refusing $$ but maybe you should change your sign and have a better attitude when rejecting somebody with wet laundry most likely the last time that I do business with them. Change your sign and change your attitude.

Beware that they're weighing your clothes once they are washed and on hangers, I brought my own this week which are velvet and sturdy and was charged an extra 6.00 when I asked the clerk about their process is when I come to find out about this.... I was given the owners name and # so we can discuss it, but I think we shouldn't be charged for the weight of the hangers, just the clothes. Other than that, it seems fair. But more will be revealed.

We always use the drop-off service.
Pound: $1.70, minimum charge: $15.
As far as I know, it's the cheapest around Waikiki. It takes 3 days to wash your clothes, but it is a convenient service.

Review for self service area. The price is decent if I recall correctly. But it is very cramped both inside and outside. Business hours are very limited. My experience here was unpleasant due to 2 particular people. Person #1 just couldn't keep her makas off me for reasons unknown. And person #2 had zero boundaries as she stood right behind me for the dryer I wasn't even done using. I won't be back.
