They weren't friendly. I bought a box for gift wrapping and they said they would put gift receipts in there, so I understood. She put a strange white rubber band in the box and asked for a ribbon like other boxes. She said no. There was no gift box with that white rubber band anywhere near her. I once again told her I wanted it like other boxes, and she attached it angrily. I thought it didn't go well with the good scents.

I guess this is really is a + for the Honolulu Store. Drive in and buy your stuff in person. I was lazy, ordered online and delivery is +30days. Seriously how do you even ship something that slow? Is there a special form at the post office to make it slower than bulk mail? I email customer service, submitted a review to their website - but it's just Robo replies from a trash company trying to pretend it's a luxury brand. I don't mind buying $100 lotion, but I expect it to be delivered in less than a month.

Scents are lovely but employees could be a little more helpful and friendly. On my first visit to the store everyone was the least helpful, i bought a crapload of their Almond products anyway and thought to myself that I could shop online when it's time for refills. I never wanted to return. Although very hesitant to go back, I got myself to return because I needed them refills. My experience the second time was favorable...no it was not the manager. Note: the manager was there the first time. So three stars for the awesome experience the second time and great products. -2 points for the 2 employees who cared less about the companies sales goals the first time.

Small store that has been at Ala Moana Mall forever. Good products, decent price point, but for me the items are more for stocking stuffers, purse size necessities or office gifts. They do package their products nicely and I do like the Verbana scent.

Just purchased the 2019 $100 Fukubukuro bag. Very disappointed. The bag was supposedly worth $200 but did not have any full sized products (aside from the bar of soap). It was a bunch of samples. In addition to the samples, there was no variety. They included 7 sample sized hand cremes, 3 of which were IDENTICAL, 2 lavender bubble bath sample bottles (again, identical), and 4 shower oils, 2 of which were IDENTICAL. If it wasn't bad enough getting sample sized products for $100, they should be sure not to give duplicate products. Would not recommend buying the more expensive Fukubukuro products from this store. Go with the $50. Less chances of getting the same products in sample sizes.
