If I could give them a 0 stars I would. I placed a multi-thousand dollar order (trex) that needed to be shipped from the mainland. After waiting 6 weeks, it arrived. Found out they ordered the wrong items. They reordered. 6 weeks later, they delivered multiple broken boards. Had to reorder and wait another 8 weeks. More recently I bought a dishwasher. I took 1/2 day off of work for the 4 hour delivery window. They didn’t show. No call, no email, no text. When you call the store - no one answers. I have called 12 times the past two days. Just rings and rings. I filed a complaint with the corporate office. Still no idea if or when my purchase will be delivered. Save yourself the time, stress and frustration. Go to Home Depot.

Special ordered a door that took 2.5 months to arrive damaged. That happens. Took another 2.5 months to receive a replacement order. The day we scheduled a contractor to pickup and install, Lowe's couldn't find the door. Next morning I get a automated reminder to pickup my door. How ironic is that?

Purchased a refrigerator which took 6 deliveries (4 arrived damaged & 1 was the wrong brand. It's nearly impossible to communicate with them even when going in person twice. They never call back or do what they say they would do. I would not recommend purchasing any appliances from them.

OMG, they don't even deserve 1 star!! Not only was the appliance poorly made- defective, which may not be Lowe's fault, but getting your money back for a return takes forever. Try calling customer service, they almost never pickup! Then, when you finally get someone on the phone, they give you NO ANSWER. The incompetence is quite extraordinary.

We bought a new dishwasher paid $80.00 extra for delivery installation and take away the old one. Driver brought it in the box place it in the kitchen and drove off. No installation or take away. We are furious. In our 80s its hard for us to install the appliance. This used to be a good store...what happen????

Went into the store to order appliances for my apartment I'm renovating. (Tip, go early to beat the 1+ hr wait time) Tanya helped me, and the process was quick and pleasant. All seemed fine until a few days later when I checked my order, and realized she forgot to add my range and a couple of required parts. I guess may mistake for not checking her work. Now I have to go back to fix her mistake.

I had a terrible experience this week with this store! There was no way to reach this store to tell them my same day order had NOT been delivered to me even though it said online that it had. I tried for 3 straight days to reach the local store and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONES AT THIS LOCATION! I even tried different departments to see if I could just get a human on the other line that might help me- and one time I directed the Lowe's automated phone greeting to transfer me to the mill work and lumber dept. The phone rang and rang, someone would pick it up (not say anything but I could hear the active store sounds in the background) then put me back on hold! This went on for about 5 times when the person picked up the call and hung up on me!!! I finally went in today only to have to explain 3 different times to 3 different people that I did NOT receive my order and wanted a refund. Finally The Manager Nick seemed nice enough and I told him about nobody answering the phones there and he said he's "new" there. The whole time I was there the phone was indicating "incoming call" and after waiting about 10 minutes for Nick to return with my order, I pressed the answer button on the phone and the lady was a customer who had tried around a hundred times to get a human to answer the phone at customer service. I was on the speakerphone and told her I had the identical experience, the Lowes employees ignore incoming calls and to hang tight, the manager would be right back. When he got back I told the lady on the phone the manager was back and he'd be right with her. Nick the manager had some stern words for me that I was "not supposed to answer their phone" and I told him "well someone needed to" and he said "that is like me coming to your house and answering your phone" and I said yes except you don't seem to be able to get to my house or I wouldn't be here now." Then he paused and came to the phone picked up the receiver and hung up on the lady that was holding!! The only reason I give the store 2 stars is because this is the first problem I've ever had with them and the takeaway is DON'T EVER ORDER ONLINE WITH THIS LOWES - if they screw it up you will have to resolve it in person, causing you to go to the store anyway. And DON'T TRY CALLING THEM BECAUSE THEY WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!! They don't care!!

Laughable! Since 9 days ago when I left my initial review, we've since scheduled delivery (of this already paid for washer/dryer) TWO more times. The first re-delivery day, we phoned the call center first thing in the morning to confirm delivery, and were told that they could see the delivery in their system but that for some reason it wasn't dispatched for the day and would have to be reschedule again. So we rescheduled delivery for a third day. Today was the third expected delivery day. We called the call center in the morning and they put us directly in touch with the dispatch this time, to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. We spoke with the dispatcher and he confirmed that delivery would occur between 12:30 and 4:30pm. We confirmed our contact number with him (since the driver called the wrong number the first time), and he told us the driver would call our number 30 minutes before delivery. We waited all day again and 4:30pm passed. No calls. We phone the dispatch line again at 4:30pm. They say the delivery driver called 3 times from around 1:45pm. They say the driver spoke with someone who denied they were expecting a delivery. We asked the dispatcher what number was called, and the dispatcher gave us the number of our Property manager. Even the dispatcher was confused as to why the driver called that number, as the notes for the driver showed our contact number. We just messaged our property manager (who knew we were expecting delivery) and she said she did not receive any calls, nor did she talk to anyone. So the driver definitely lied about attempting delivery today, which was our suspicion on the first "attempted" delivery day as well. Pretty sure the property manager will cancel the order with Lowes at this point and ask for a refund. Can't believe a business like this can exist without any negative ramifications. The problem seems to be happening at the local level, since the mainland call center and dispatch seem to have all the info and are very confused as to why the drivers are just not doing their job. Very disappointing, and I highly recommend not supporting this horribly mismanaged and dishonest company.

This is in regards to their appliance delivery: My landlord ordered a new washer/dryer to be delivered to my apartment and installed, but twice they never showed up. Delivery was scheduled through a third-party service from the mainland representing Lowes, and although customer service was nice and not rude to me, they had absolutely no follow-through. They gave detailed instructions about how the drivers would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival so I can meet them outside, but both times they didn't call at all. The first time, I was given a time frame in which they would arrive. I ended up waiting until the end of the day, and when I finally received a call, it was from a number labeled "spam risk", so I let it go to voicemail. I listened to the voicemail right away and the driver said they had arrived and would wait 10 minutes before leaving if I didn't meet them outside. I ran outside but there was no truck in sight. Even our security guard looked through their footage and saw that no one ever came by to attempt a delivery. So they didn't give me a 30 minute heads up like they said they would. And they didn't arrive at my building like they said they did. I got in touch with customer service and they said it was written in their log that they called several times and no one answered, so they did not attempt delivery. Already there are inconsistencies with their stories. I rescheduled to a new delivery date. The second delivery they didn't even give me a time window to wait even though they said they would call with specific instructions. So I took matters into my own hands and called them to follow up on whether or not they were going to make the delivery this time. They said they would call my number between 12:30-4:30, but when 4:30 came, I still had not received a call telling me that they were 30 minutes out. I called dispatch again at 4:30 only for them to tell me they attempted to call my property manager and landlord at 1:45 and did not get a response, so they did not attempt delivery. They ignored my note to have them call me (they did not attempt to call my number at all). Not only that, but when I asked my property manager if they called, they said that they never received a call from Lowes even though they also anxiously remained on standby, ready to relay any information to me. So whoever wrote in their delivery log clearly lied about calling my property manager. I ended up waiting all day just for nothing to happen. Even our building security was ready to welcome them in. It's really frustrating to be gas-lit like this by a business just because the drivers can't or won't make a delivery. They are incapable of taking accountability for their lack of basic efficiency, and instead try to put it on the customer as to why they can't complete a delivery. What is the point of purchasing anything from Lowes if they can't follow through and deliver the product? Doesn't matter how nice customer service is, if the delivery company can't follow through with basic business practices, it's as if you paid for a product that you'll never receive. Feels like a scam to me.

If you know what you want and they have it for sale on the shelves at Lowes, its a fine alternative to Home Depot. I've seen some products 20% cheaper at Lowes from time to time. The problem is if you need customer service. ESPECIALLY WITH AN ONLINE ORDER. You're probably screwed. Calling the store's number will incur a lengthy wait. I had a special order item that came in stock while I was off island and wanted to let them know that I could not pick it up within the 7 day time frame. I tried three times to call and gave up after 10 minutes. There's not even a reassuring message that "we value your business and calls will be answered in the order received". Its just literally rings and rings and rings. So the 4th time, I called, I also drove to the store from the Ala Moana area. I got to the store 17 minutes later and still no answer. Keeping my phone dialing, and on speaker I waited in the customer service line. I actually got helped from a real person before anyone picked up, 25 minutes later. The unbelievable thing is the real person couldn't help me. They said they would put a note in the system but couldn't guarantee that the order wouldn't be cancelled. They were also disinterested in helping me, sassy, and borderline rude. There's a sign by customer service to treat them with respect and that verbal abuse and threats will not be tolerated. The same kind of sign you see at TSA. WAKE UP LOWES. If you made just a TINY effort to provide good customer service people in that line won't be pissed off. A bunch of morons is obviously running this company. Unbelievable.

Avoid buying the GE Washer & Dryer electric stack (2.3-cu fit/4.4 cu fit) as it is loud, noisy, and the washer water only fills up to just about a quarter to 3/8 of the tub due to water savings. The start button for the washer has to be pushed either really hard multiple times or the cycle options knob has to be turned on/off several times along with pushing down the button really hard to get the washer to start up. The dryer tho works good and the filter is easy to clean but beware of the sharp edges when wiping down the areas near the dryer door so you don't cut your fingers.
