Don’t purchase appliances from LOWES!!! No one answers the phone (Customer service, appliance, hardware, associates). The only department that answers was the paint department, but could not assist with finding assistance or a manager to address our concern with not receiving our delivery as scheduled.
Mind you two electric ranges that was delivered did not work… 6/27 was the purchase, the 3rd exchange was to be delivered 7/12 and it’s 9:30pm, and still no delivery, NO call, I called all day, finally left 2 messages for managers Brian and/or Molly/Moly to return my call, to no avail!!! AUWE!

I have seen the most beautiful orchids for purchase there. So many colors and variations. Pretty awesome. Visited several times to make sure the order for doors is perfect. Francis did what he could to accommodate our needs.

Don’t order appliances from Lowe’s. I didn’t read the reviews here - I would’ve saved myself 3 days of grief if I did.
Went to the store on 7/5 to buy a new fridge. Only 1 person working in appliances - waited 15 minutes with no acknowledgment so went online and bought it myself. ‘Expected delivery date’ was 7/6.
Later that day, i received a call from Lowe’s saying things were delayed and delivery would now be on 7/7. Understandable and reasonable.
No further updates on 7/6. On delivery day (7/7), no calls or texts with an expected 4-hour delivery window. I check the link provided by Lowe’s and it says ‘delayed’ but still expected to be delivered that day. I call the 800# and they’re closed. I call the local store 10 times and can’t speak to anyone. Lowe’s puts you in a maze of automated prompts and ringing lines which are never answered by a live person.
It’s now 7/8 and still no updates, calls or texts. I’ve given up and cancelled the order.
Found the same fridge at Costco for $200 more with an ETA delivery of 7/11.

Incredibly poorly managed store. I waited for quite some time in the paint area. Employees go by and do not seem to care. So I called the store while standing there and nothing. Nobody picks up. We finally found an employee to ask and they said the temp that works in the paint area comes in at 5pm. It was noon. They could have at least put a sign up. Anyway, there is a sherwin Williams store steps away so we went there and problem solved. Minutes after we visited the Home Depot and the difference in assistance and care for your business is just striking.

I have been a loyal customer of Lowe's Honolulu for many many years. Whenever I called the store, the phone will ring forever & nobody picked it up. I learned that if I want something from Lowe's, I will have to drive to the store to get what I want. Even when I was at the store, I have to wait a long time before I get any service. Surprisingly, I went to Lowe's Honolulu on 6/22/24 to shop for an electric range & was helped immediately by a sales associate, Nora Langhorne. She was exceptionally helpful with my purchase & even provided her email address so that I can get in touch with her personally if I ran into any delivery issue. True enough, my tenant did not receive the electric range as promised to be delivered on 6/24/24. I emailed Nora & she responded right away to let me know that the electric range was out of stock in Lowe's Waikele & that's why we didn't get the appliance. However, she took immediate action & found out there were 4 electric ranges that I wanted were actually in stock in the warehouse in Honolulu, She placed a hold on one of them & have it successfully delivered to my tenants in 2 days. I am SO pleased with how fast she corrected the problem by taking ownership of the issue. I can't tell you enough how grateful I am with Nora's outstanding customer service that I never ever had with Lowe's in the past. This type of employee like Nora is hard to come by & she is a definitely a valuable asset to your company. She makes me wanted to work with her exclusively in the future. It turned out to be a very positive experience I had with my last purchase with Lowe's Honolulu because of Nora who was very proactive & care about her customer :)

It is impossible to get anyone to pickup the phone. Call the number right now and try to get someone on the phone. Impossible. No one picks up... Ever. This may be a problem if you have to try and reschedule a delivery, and some poor guy has to load 800 lbs of materials only to find that no one is home. Oddly Lowes people will call and leave a message and ask you to call back, yet there is no actual way to do so.
Main customer service closes at 1pm HST. Online reschedule is greyed out.
The only option is to physically go into the store to talk to someone, which is a very 19th century way to manage customer service. Like 1824.

I was greated right when I walked in. The staff saw me searching for my supplies and stopped me and asked if they could help in anyway. Very friendly and helpful!! Love this store!

It took 15 minutes for someone to come help us with the vinyl and turf section. The person that did come over was helpful but we waited for so long.

This review is specifically for Sidney working in the paint section. Today I witnessed him working completely by himself, and he was rocking the place. I had to pick up 9 gallons of paint, but there was a big order in front of me as well. Sidney never stopped being professional. He informed me that it would take a little while longer as the order in front was large. At the same time, he was helping other customers find things that they needed in the section.
By the way, the order in front of me was for 15 gallons of concrete paint. He told me that they don't come in 5 gallon buckets, so each of them has to be done in 1 gallon increments. As I was leaving, he thanked me for my patience, and I thanked him for his help. It was overall, an awesome experience to get customer service at this level.

Went in to buy a washer they told me I need to wait 15 to 20 mins tell someone gets off break to sell me a washer what happened to customer service I have money to spend and they don’t want to take my money kind of amazes me a huge company like this has no customer service at all I would give zero stars if I could

This Lowe’s is absolute terrible. Bought a fridge and it was to be delivered on the 15th. It kept getting delayed until it never showed. No website updates just keep saying out for delivery for over 24 hours. Tried calling every single department they have but apparently they don’t like answering phones since it kept ringing for over 20 minutes before I gave up.

Purchased a range and was promised delivery. Salesman bragged about how they promise fast delivery. I was texted a delivery time which came and went. Called the delivery service and was told the store never gave them the product I purchased. Called the store and they never answer their phones. They took my money, skipped out on delivery, but had no problem taking my money.
