I've recently had two great experiences at this Lululemon. Both were when I ordered ahead. The experience was flawless, and the staff made the whole thing feel effortless. The store is very clean, and the items I bought were perfect. I will definitely be shopping here again.

This location of the popular athleisure brand is larger than the waikiki store & offers a vast selection of items that range in price from $25-$200. There is a very impressive sale rack that may give you an option to afford the clothing that otherwise is incredibly over priced. The pictures of the limited edition Hawaii branded selections are an important thing to note about the unique marketing technique used to draw customers. A weekly release of limited edition items, changing in type & color, are on sale & available until the stock is bought out completely, never to be rereleased again. So a pair of black or white yoga pants, shorts, a top or jacket could be marked as an authentic Lululemon Hawaii limited edition piece because a group of hibiscus’ or a rendering of the Hawaiian island chain that looks similar to a sticker/iron imprinted somewhere on the garment. The store will load the rack with a size run & are sold out of all items by the end of the day usually. These are available for purchase in store only & are anywhere from $20-$60 more than the regular priced version.

I waited in line to get the exclusive island merch and a store associate came out and just told us to not run. The other location does great crowd control and this store should adopt that. There wasn’t much in my size (XL range).

Every staff member was extremely friendly during our experience. I was agreed upon entrance. A sales girl did help me with what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the store itself does not keep it fully stocked in Hawaii exclusive wear, which is why I was there. I’m not sure why a location that is in the heart of the city of Oahu would not keep a full stock of a Hawaii exclusive gear at all times. That is the reason I took away one star. This is poor inventory planning on Lululemon‘s behalf. This has nothing to do with the staff that work there as everyone was amazing. Fortunately, for me, I was visiting another nearby island that was fully stocked, and in fact had extra boxes in the back room of exclusive gear. Given that one location can have an over abundant supply of exclusive gear while a neighbor Island has minor scraps that sell out in the morning is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Lululemon can do better.

Very disrespectful cashier when I went to buy clothes for my lady. Asking me if my lady was my wife with such a condescending attitude because of the military discount they offer. Cashier made a big deal about not having the military status updated on my online account despite of me showing her my valid ID. We ended up leaving the entire purchase just because of this young blond woman. Very disappointed as we have spent thousands of dollars on this brand and never had anyone being rude to us.

The WORST customer service. A bunch of snotty and rude girls working here (similar to aritzia iykyk), who have 1 brain cell firing. How do customers know more about products than you? They also damage your hems and expect you to call Angela, their seamstress. They have ruined MANY hems and BRAND NEW clothes because of their carelessness. They never get reprimanded, which makes their behavior worse because they know they can't get in trouble. They hardly have any locals working here (bad sign), most are rude haoles from the mainland.

POOR Cashier service. English was Cashiers second language & she had difficulty understanding pulling up my email & phone number. I’m a local resident been coming here since the store opened. Don’t feel like purchasing here in the future.

On Black Friday, so crowded n so excited to do some shopping, especially this year, saw the lulumon waist bag on instagram, around 4pm went to Lulumon, lined up outside the store for less than five minutes n able to get into the store, reception very nice , thanks for waiting; asked the front rep where is the waist bag, very nice rep gave me the location n the direction clearly, found the waist bag so easy, but no price on the tag, asked the sales rep who was organizing the waist bag from the box, she replied to me $38. Then I asked the sales rep any special for Black Friday, her answer $38 full price or sale item; I repeated asking the sales rep again, any other sales for Black Friday, she repeated again n again $38 full price or sale items; same tone, same answer and not pleasant. Thought may be some special sale on Black Friday. My understanding all the store has sale item regardless Black Friday or not. So Back n forth 3X asked any special for Black Friday. Sales rep getting no patience n rude , worst than talk to robot or AI. Feel so bad visited the store. Since no discount n so many people at cashier counter, I can buy later. But really bad experience at Lulumon.
