We are regular customers, but we are disappointed with the current service provided by Leticia. She seemed rushed when taking our orders, and her unfriendly demeanor conveyed a negative impression of the store. I ordered a Triple Mango smoothie, confirmed my order, but she insisted it was Mango Madness. We waited for our order, and when it was ready, she loudly called out our order number and gave us halo-halo mango instead. When we tried to return it and explain the mistake, she blamed us and took my receipt along with the wrong order. When we requested a refund, she asked for the receipt she had taken earlier. Throughout the experience, she was loud and scared other customers. Additionally, she mentioned she didn't know how to use the calculator. Do better, Manager.

I had coconut and tropical fruit flavored ice cream. The coconut ice cream was very smooth and delicious.Even just one ice cream was quite large, so it took a while to eat.

Fantastic place for some treats! Got the "slider" (aka PanDeSal bread with ice cream). I'm a big fan of ube ice cream and loved all the other options they had.

Always a must have when coming to visit the island. The halo halo dessert here is delicious. I love replacing the ube ice cream on it with pandan ice cream. The service here is great! They let you sample as many flavors as you'd like. There are many dessert and snack options here but the halo halo is my favorite!

Delicious ice cream on the 2nd floor of International Marketplace! It's right across from Mitsuwa market. My son wanted ice-cream so we walked in here to check it out. I got to try couple flavors and I think my favorite is the corn cheese! It reminds me of a popsicle I liked a lot when I was a kid, and something that I still like now! I love their selection of flavors. Magnolia is a filipino brand, so they have a lot of filipino flavors like pandan, ube, buko salad, etc. I haven't tried their pandan and ube here, but I have bought Magnolia ice-cream tubs before and their pandan and ube are one of the best. So instead of these flavors, I tried others instead - chocolate, buko salad, Kona mac nut coffee and corn cheese. I'd definitely go back for the corn cheese. The kona coffee was good but it didn't stand out in any way, same for the chocolate. The buko salad was interesting but I wasn't a huge fan. It's pretty pricey. A small cup with toppings cost almost $8. For some of the flavors, it's more cost-effective to just buy a tub if you're with a group of friends/family or if you live here.

Best shaved ice around Waikiki! But sometimes you have to wait a bit to get the taste.

Visited Oahu with my husband and was so excited to find a Magnolia ice cream shop walking distance from our hotel! A little pricey but they give very generous scoops of ice cream. It was almost too much! lol ordered the avocado and corn cheese. Avocado was perfect but corn cheese lacked cheese flavor. 4/5

Past 2 days I was happy with my ice cream & halo2x orders except tonight. Portion & cost for my same ordered today were different. I explained it to the cashier but I think she didn’t get my point. I’m not surprised why most Filipino eateries in North America aren’t successful except Jollibee. I’m disappointed. To all eateries, I would suggest just for hygiene, cashiers should wash hands before serving even with gloves.

Thus particular Magnolia Ice cream is located on the 2nd floor of the International Market place . Since I'm staycationing in Waikiki I decided to walk over to the International Market place and it was getting hot so I ordered ice cream from Magnolia. I ordered my favorite coconut flavor and it was very refreshing lol. This Magnolia location has a lot of tables to enjoy your ice cream or Halo Halo. Support local

We passed by this place in the international market place (across from the Mitsuwa) and the posters caught our eye. We ordered the best seller mahalo-halo and shared it amongst 4 people. There were so many ingredients in the dessert and it was quite literally heaven in a cup. It was probably the best purchase of the day and I wished that I got one for myself.

The lychee halo halo is delicious. Love the green tea ice cream to! The texture of the icecream is stretchy, its not to sweet either. Highly recommend. Prices are good for Hawaii!

We got shave ice w/lilikoi, guava, and melon flavors. It was A LOT of shave ice and kinda messy to eat but it was good. Very sweet and a good way to cool down after being in the sun.
