Hey New Owner!!
Have you fix all BROKEN Washer and Dryer?
If fix those I will check it on 7/7/2025 Mon.
UPDATE - I WILL NEVER BACK TO THIS PLACE, I found a nice laundromat and they use same Laundry Card System but clean and all Washer and Dryer is working.
MANOA LAUNDRY most of Washer and Dryer is BROKEN and never fix it.
Waikiki AIRBnB is still coming.
I give this laundry for 2 Star.
1. Lots of dryer is broken.
2. Allow Business wash or commercial wash.
I saw vacation rentals people use this laundry to wash. They use 3 or 4 wash machine for wash then they use most of dryer after wash, when hold those they use 2 tables.
Manoa Laundry should not let them use it. Ask them to go to Commercial wash and dry place to do it.
Please never ever let them use it. Most of people who want to use washer and dryer, have to wait like 30 minutes to 1 hour.
This is not right.
By the way, Coin laundry in Waikiki dose not allow Business wash or commercial wash.
So must ban Business wash or commercial wash in Manoa Laundry.

Under new management, new owner lives in community and very invested in making improvements. Personally I love having a laundromat in the community so excited to see what the new ownership will implement.

My washer at home recently broke down so I’ve needed to find a place to get everything done while I wait for repair/replacement, and honestly my experience with this place overall has been pretty great.
Pros: Plenty parking, 24/7 hours, one of the least creepy locations one could hope for, and apparently has a new owner that does actually seem to give a damn about fixing the broken machines!
Cons: It can get hot inside especially during the day (to be fair the dryers pump out a helluva lot of heat, oh and it’s Hawaii so what do you expect), still quite a few machines out of service but they do seem to be working on it, and I really think the card readers on the machines themselves could probably use an update and/or refresh as it is pretty tough to get them to read the card within the first few tries.
But guess what? It’s a public laundromat. 🤷♂️
With that in mind, five stars. Keep working on fixing the machines/readers, and we’re golden. Thank you for being here, it has made my life easier and I very much appreciate that. 🙏
Edit: Split the sections up to avoid the whole wall-of-text issue ✅

1/3 of all machines are inoperable and laundromat is poorly maintained. Enter at own risk. No nearby parking stalls, drop-off behind Safeway cannot be accessed.

So far best laundry in town (if you can get up there). Go after 7PM and its mostly empty. Any time before than and you run into the people who apparently do laundry once a year and use every machine in the place (they really need to put something in the rules about a max machines per day or similar). 3 sizes of washers, 2 sizes of dryers, and they use a reloadable laundry card so you dont need to carry cash. the reload machine takes cards.
There is a convenient park and mall for waiting in and a safeway if you forgot detergent.
I recommend making it an evening and hitting the L&L while your laundry is washing.

Beware of these two charming ladies. They just now chatted me up to trying to put money on their laundry card for them. I immediately shut them down and shooed them away. They were aware that I was filming them also.

This place is Terrible. They don’t have a sink, 50% of their machine doesn’t work. I lost about $8.00 switching machines because one of them, the soap dispenser wasn’t working. The cheapest and smallest machine here is $4.20. It’s so hot inside, there no carts to make it convenient for their patrons to transport clothes from the washer to the dryer and the ceiling it’s disgustingly filled with dust which is def a fire hazard. Who ever owns this dump doe not care at all! This place is so terrible.

Don’t waste your time. Most machines broken. Same guy taking up the working dryers all day, every day. Go to Kapahulu Laundromat. Everything works and clean!

I would have given the laundromat a 5 start rating if their card machine actually worked. One was jammed and the other was sold out. The manager wasn't in the laundromat so I called their phone number. The response I got was, "OH.... really? That's weird.... hmmmm one is jammed and one is empty? They just filled it up recently... well I can't help you immediately but I will call a technician to fix the machine. In the mean time look around the ground and on top of the machines for a card you can use." Ummm yea no. The plus side is, this laundromat is very clean, 24hrs and the machines look new.

Second and last time I’ll be here. First time the card would not work after I loaded it. So I bought another one and that worked. Wasted money.
Second time, dryers took money and didn’t turn on. Then went to another dryer and after waiting 30 minutes the dryer never put out heat.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Save yourself the trouble
The washing machines do not fill up with water.
And most if the dryers are out of service.
