The store manager was so gracious in helping me,we had to walk around the store and was like no problem for her I really appreciated that when even initially the thing I was looking for was not there I was pleasantly surprised that she directed me to something even better mahalo for your service Michelle! The guy at the register was extremely rude. He gave me so much attitude that I didn’t even know what to say. He’s the reason I started writing reviews about bad customer service. I don’t expect perfect service just don’t treat people like that, seriously.

This store offers an good selection of Korean skincare, cosmetics, and hygiene products. Although there is almost always a line at the registers, multiple employees are typically available to assist, so checkout moves quickly. The location also carries a wide variety of purses and handbags, with fair prices on many recognizable name-brand items.
Customer service has consistently been strong—employees are approachable, willing to help you find products, and quick to answer questions. Even over the phone, the staff responds more promptly than many other retail stores, which makes the overall shopping experience reliable and enjoyable.

The lady at the register, asian with a karen haircut, peer pressured me to open up a credit card account. She didn't take no for an answer and guilt tripped me into going through with it anyway. The manager was right behind her during all of this and didn't step in once. I am a quiet person so speaking up for myself at the time was difficult. ONE STAR SERVICE. Very frustrating experience and may not shop there again.

They have a policy that if you return something without the receipt they can only refund via a gift card. Which is dumb because they are clearly capable of verifying you bought it with just your credit card, and it's 2025 people don't even get receipts most of the time anymore. It's just an excuse to keep your money.

The old Japanese lady at the checkout yesterday was shockingly rude; shocking because Japanese people are known to be extremely polite and friendly. Seriously, why work in retail when you hate dealing with people?

Good place to shop for brand name clothing that is discounted. Organized by style and size and similar to stores like Ross. Individuals tags for all clothing and small labels denote the pricing of the items as well as the original price of the item. There are changing rooms where you can try on the clothing for size. New styles and clothing are always coming in so it’s you might not find what you’re looking for this time but you might have more luck next time. Prices are reasonable.
