Amazing customer service!! Such professional and kind employees. Overall, this purchase was an entirely positive experience! The staff here really went the extra mile to get a deal done and we absolutely love our new car!! Luis, Miles, Chris and the whole Mini staff care about what they do and it shows in satisfied customers!

Very friendly and professional. Quick responses and clear prices. There's good communication between the different departments like financing, sales, front desk, etc.

Ease of scheduling service with a loaner. Loaner vehicle was newer and cleaner as compared to the last one.
4 stars for all the above. Could’ve been 5 if the complimentary car was completed as requested. But I understand that sometimes the lines are too long.
Otherwise, service department is always awesome here!

Making appts super easy and immediately available. Service Dept (Patrick) was efficient, quality and thorough/fully informative. (not pushy kine either), easy pay options. In/out BANG/Done!! Loved the video inspection of car too. Def’ coming back!

They got me in and out of my service appointment super quickly, everyone was very nice and explained things well, I even got a final video of the inspection which was a nice bonus. The waiting area is also a relaxing place to read, I almost wish they had taken longer!
