We visited Extra Space Storage at the Lawehana branch today, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Shawn was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and very easy to work with. He explained everything clearly and made the entire process stress-free.
The transaction was so fast — in less than 30 minutes, we had our storage unit secured and ready to go. Highly recommend this location and especially Shawn for his excellent customer service!
