The person on staff doesn't want to work and/or take appointments. 2x I made an appointment and when I arrived the lady on staff says she can't take us. She states she she doesn't have our appointment and she is booked. It's obviously a lie because I waited 15 minutes before she opened the door and nobody else was waiting or came out of the room. Don't waste your time with this place.

The lady was nice, but the fact that you can not access their website and that they do not have an email to contact outside the US is just absolutely stupid. Now being asked to pay while I'm outside the US, can not access the website nor call them so I have no way to pay. Guess I won't pay them ?

Stay away from this place wish I can get my $139 back. I had a cough been two wks and ear pain comes and goes time go see a doctor. I told her all the meds I been taking I get it with the cough.Well she kept insisting that I have no ear infection, starting thinking reasons why it hurting from looks like your jaw misaligned left side when the last time I went to the dentist. I’m like I went 2wks ago x-rays I had braces before I’m pretty sure I don’t have that. She tells me,you have alot of scar tissue yes as a kid I ear tubes etc did have surgery because of it here in Hawaii few yrs ago.I think you need go to a specialist,I’m like I have done all that.I know my body it been 2ks when ear hurts I’m known for ear infections.didn’t give me nothing besides trying to prescribe a med that doesn’t guarantee it.After this appointment I went to urgent care down the street doctor definitely addressed the problem your ear is full,I can see a little swelling left and boom gave me antibiotics now feeling better.all of this could have been prevented if minute clinic had listen especially when your telling her all the history and time length

Can’t wait to go home and tell my special needs brother that he can be a so called “nurse” at the minute clinic because they clearly hire anyone with a pulse. How is this place real? Where do they find these people? Embarrassment

Made two confirmed (via email codes) appointments for covid booster and when we arrived with our CONFIRMED appointments the female said that someone else booked over us and it was an IT issue. It's was obvious that others here at the Kahala Mall location had the same issue. Please fix if this is truly an IT issue.

My minor child needed a TB test for his first job. He was administered a $35 skin test, and told 3 days later when we returned to get the NP to evaluate the test, she told us that he was positive for TB. We were also told that he needed to get a chest x-ray to confirm if the TB was active or dormant. We were given a list of clinics to take him to to have this done as soon as possible. TB is no joke. So, we took him straight to his pediatrician who took a look at his skin and said that it was a negative result in his opinion. He also administered a new TB skin test on his other arm. Two days later, the doctor declared a negative finding for TB. There was a very obvious difference between the two skin tests, in that the first one, done a Minute Clinic, looked very red and irritated, while the second was slightly pink. Because of this experience, I am under the impression that there was a problem with the administering of the test and the reading of the test through this clinic. It was a VERY upsetting situation for my son, and we would hate for anyone else to go through anything like this. We attempted to "review" the experience via the link provided by Minute Clinic, and it simply asks, rating a scale of 1 -10, were you satisfied with you experience at MC? No place to offer an explanation or list concerns. So, we are putting them here, to warn others considering using this service for TB test, or other. I am not sure if further training is necessary, or if this incident was just a fluke, but the fact that MC doesn't even want to hear a customers explanation for a bad review, leads me to think people should not be using their services if there is another safer option out their.

MinuteClinic is such a useful resource to get immediate health care. I know trying to get a doctor's appointment can take days, weeks, and sometimes even months, and by that time, it's useless to even go. Making an appointment is very easy. You can do it on the CVS app or the website. Times are usually available, and walk-ins are accepted as well. I managed to make an appointment on the same day. You check in at the kiosk, and just wait your turn. Valenso was the nurse practitioner who was there today. He was very friendly, personable, courteous, and professional. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease. You can come here for almost anything from minor injuries and illnesses to vaccines and injections to skin issues to earwax removal and then some. Overall, MinuteClinic is definitely useful. Super friendly staff. Clean and bright room. Very easy to make appointments for the same and next day.

Probably the worse customer service I have ever received, specifically the pharmacy department. I just had a question on how processing the insurance works, and I have been hung up on, transferred more than 5 times and I had to wait almost an hour to have a question answered. I felt like I somehow was the problem for asking a question.
