I've been using Mobi for 3 month's and have been pleased with my service. I left Republic Wireless after Dish bought them and have not looked back. Keep up the good work Mobi! I would recommend them if you live in a Verizon area. I am in Maryland and not many people know about the nationwide coverage Mobi has.

I was very pleased and surprised with my time visiting this mobi location. My Customer service consultant Kalei explained to me my many different choices on getting a new phone and there different plans in my price zone. After looking at a few choices we came to a decision and I was on my way out shorty afterwards. Kalei's postive attitude, great customer service skills, and item knowledge made my experience a great one. If you visit this location I would ask for her you won't have any regrets.

Very disappointed with my service through mobi. I knew when I switched from Verizon to mobi pcs I would be downgrading in coverage (phone didn't even work on the mainland unless on wifi), but I still expected decent service. Unfortunately every time I've gone in to get a new phone (three times now) they've had none of the phones I'm interested in. Generally these are the good ones! The only thing you can walk out of the store with is a "certified pre owned" one that is many prior models behind. It's a bummer. Then today I went in because I lost my phone last night and I needed to upgrade to the new mobi anyway so I went in hoping to get a newer iPhone. All they had available were iPhone 5's :( The service options also changed and now I had to choose from Verizon or sprint coverage...well guess what mobi?! Not having the products available in store just lost you a customer. The guy actually suggested that I go to Best Buy for a phone and come back to go through them for service. Nope. Going to Verizon. Got me an iPhone 6plus and a new plan. #boom

We arrived at the store & there were 2 representatives already helping 2 customers. We walk in & not even a simple "hello, hi welcome" or acknowledgment that we even entered the store. They were busy, its okay. Theres a couple sitting down but Im guessing they were with one customer already being helped. So they have a sign in sheet right by the door, my other half puts our name on the board & we wait patiently for about 15-20mins. In those 15-20mins, I see him leave to a backroom about 4-5 times. Looking outside staring at the cop (giving a lady a ticket infront of the store) As time is passing, 2 more customers enter the store & stand around looking like they're about to make a payment (because of the cash they were holding) walking closer & closer to the counter like she was next. Still patiently waiting. One rep is finally done & says "Can i help whos next" staring at the woman that came in after us & she moves toward the counter. 1) Why have a sign in sheet if your not gonna refer to it? 2) If you paid attention to your store? You would have seen that we were waiting way before these woman walked in. So I say outloud, "how about us? We were here first waiting?". With attitude, he responded with "well thats why I said, whos next?". Unfortunately he did not have a nametag so I was unable to catch his name so that I dont have to speak so badly about all of them. We asked our questions & ended up leaving because of the lack of common decency. That one rep in particular gave horrible customer service & we will not be back anytime soon (: AT&T took well care of us & we couldn't thank them enough!

Although it took an hour and a half to try and figure out how to get my friends phone back to working Travis and the rest of the boys were awesome...aside from leaving the store with the problem worse Travis worked a miracle and got the phone turned back on within an hour... still working on getting the phone 100% but awsome job so far... Mahalo Travis from your excellent customer service.
