I come here early morning before heading to work to get some items. Love the Mr. Brown Coffee. Store is pretty clean. Some items would be out of stock due to late shipment. Some shady characters outside near the Bank of Hawaii area and smoking section. The graveyard team is nice and helpful. Blonde girl with glasses (Tish) is very attentive and assisted me during check out. She was nice enough to help me pick out an umbrella during the rainy season. She showed me each one. She also had good knowledge of what was on sale every week. Overall good service by Tish !

Love Longs! So happy to see one in Hawaii:) I worked for Longs Drugs for many years in the states and have lifelong friends from there! Divina was very helpful and friendly.

Partnered with CVS, Longs Drugs is a 24-hour drugstore located in walking distance to Hilton Village. The first floor is more like a 7-11 convenient store. There is an elevator to the 2nd floor where most of merchandise are stored. It is very much like Beauty and Health department at Target. It also has self-checkout lines accept CVS care cards. I visited the store several time during our vacation because hubby caught a nasty cold. I was very please to have a drug store close-by. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

There is an elevator to the second floor of Long's CVS. It is located in the hallway outside of CVS.

The cashier upstairs by the liquor was rude and shouldn't be in customer service. I didn't get to enter my extra care card, she told my grandfather "wait" and pushed his item away, I didn't even get a receipt. I was standing there for a minute before she told me Apple Pay wasn't working and she had an attitude about it. But to be fair, she had an attitude the entire time. I was just there today 11/23/2023 around 3pm. She makes longs look bad. Poor service at best. Too bad I can't give 0 stars just for her.

Parking rates with validation, Oct 7, 2023 Entry 2:56pm, Exit 3:29pm Rate $6.00 - $4.00 validation = $2.00 Parking elevator doesn't go to the lower parking level so needed to take stairs.

I was a big fan of Lon's before it became CVS. They carried a lot mor items and a lot more local items. Longs Drugstore in Manoa. Slowest checkout in Honolulu. Bring back the old Long's Drugstore.

Good prices and excellent selection and service. Nice change from the overwhelming concentration of ABC stores, and their affiliate stores.

Customer service at the pharmacy is very rude. One of the workers rolled their eyes at me after we accidentally walked up to the counter. I apologized up and down and still gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. Made me feel great when we already were sick on our honeymoon. The lady was dressed in blue scrubs. The store itself is nice! Some people just have an attitude problem.

While on vacation with my family, my son needed emergency surgery. The surgeon phoned in a prescription for 10 pain killers. When we arrived the following day, we were told that they only had 4 and they couldn't fill the prescription. I asked if they could check their other locations to see it they had enough and they said they couldn't . WTF? I can see if we didn't have a valid prescription that they would have cause to refuse to reveal the amount of pain pills a store might have in stock but we had a real need for them. We had to contact the surgeon again(they have so much free time) and have it called again. Long's failed the number 1 rule in pt care.

The customer service at the pharmacy is really bad and disorganized. When I called, the person on the phone spoke to me with an impatient tone when I asked questions and interrupted me when I asked questions. After I got confirmation that the prescription would be ready, it was not ready. Instead, a pharmacy technician Debbie A. talked to me in a sassy tone and was talking back at me.

The minute clinic turned me away because appointments take 20 minutes and she said she was done for the day even though they didn't close for another 45 minutes

Came through when nobody else could when my child wasn't feeling well. Then came through yet again, but this time it was for me when nobody else could. Thanks to this location and it's friendly staff. I'm you're #1 fan.
