Joe and Gerard were amazing and so welcoming and understanding. This places deserves an 11/10 for their hospitality. They fixed my moped in no time and the environment is so friendly and fun. Amazing guys for real.

This place is 11/10. I went in yesterday for a small list of repairs and renew safety. I ended up having to wait for a little bit, but the wait is well worth the wait. Soon as it was my turn, I got some grade A service local style. They fixed everything I needed and showed me a few things bout the moped also got the safety done.If you got a moped and you need help this is the inly place to go, ask about the Uncle Al special?

From the moment I walked into Moped Direct, I felt like a valued customer, and my entire experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional customer service. They are always able to answer my questions, provide valuable insights, offer tips, and help with any issue I come across. Their moped service is always reliable. Overall, as a college kid far away from home, I cannot recommend Moped Direct enough.

Mopeds Direct is amazing!! Gerard and Joe are super friendly and helpful. The prices are amazing and my moped runs great! I stopped by for an oil change and Gerard got it done so fast. I highly recommend Mopeds Direct!!!

I have been coming to this place for almost two years now and I can say without a doubt this is the best moped shop for all your moped needs. When initially buying my moped I was greeted with great conversation and understandable direction and instruction (I’ve never owned or driven something like that before). They made the whole process so incredibly easy. Within my time of owning my moped I have only had to come back in a few times (all of which were for problems that were caused from outside sources), and each time my problem was identified and fixed almost immediately. Even when there is a line of people waiting to be helped I have only had to wait at most an hour to be able to ride home.My friends have bought their mopeds from other locations and have experienced rudeness from owners trying to explain to woman how a vehicle works. Never once have I felt degraded or disrespected by the men who work within this shop. My friends now come to Mopeds Direct for any break downs or other problems. I highly recommend coming to this shop for all your moped needs!

We buy our first moped from other dealer, and it was a bad experience as there are so many issue with that moped. We switch to this company amd I must say they are great! Professional and customer friendly.

Gerard and Joe at Moped Direct are the best! I was having a problem with the cylinder and Gerard was able to fix it right up for me. 10/10 would recommend!

These mopeds are great quality and best price on island. Service here is the best!! Everyone that works there is nice, super helpful and down to help with any issues. Gerard is a homie, he saw my license plate was falling off when I drove by and fixed it for me right then. First oil change free too woo

Everyone working was VERY kind and helpful. They also have a pretty cute dog around the shop too. Reasonable pricing, good service, and they even took me around the block to help teach me to drive my new moped :)

Always great service here!! I got my moped here about a year ago, and it's still running great. Anytime I have had an issue or need an oil change I bring it in and Gerard helps me right away without overcharging on things. This is a great place to go for all your moped needs!
